But he has no penetration with his welds are very surface level they will never last 1 good bump or having to slam on the brake he will be walking, he only knows how to tack weld repeatedly, if your doing tutorial videos teach the right shit
I hope you don't hit an immovable object, because that steering 'column' will core you like an apple. It was a common fault in American cars in the 30's thru to 60's. Otherwise go Lithium for long lasting power
We call it ticky tack welding at work or 'sam' welding after a welder named sam who would weld everything fucking like that. You can kinda get away with it on thin material with a mig but it's very prone, to cracking, cold role and inclusions. If done carefully it can be ok when welding oversized gaps on non critical or low stress welds but really it's just shit and only slightly better than glueing shit together
At maximum power that motors with that size of back wheels it should be able to reach at least 80km/h (45mph) , depending on the gear ratio from the motor to the wheel, pretty Nice job, very good idea the double wheels and that motors are monsters be careful if you gonna use higher voltages
Instead of alternator better buy a cheap broken hoverboard and use the motors. To modify an alternator is more expensive because you need to buy the magnets and separatedly they cost a lot more than getting allready made motors from hoverboard.
Fun build Brother, but would suggest adding some support to the outer axle points. Those bike axles aren't designed to have weight applied to only one side. Especially if you over volt those motors! If the chain were to break when a back wheel snaps off at the axle...very bad things could happen! Like ...cut your arm or leg off kind of "Bad"! Be safe Brother! it's hard to build without hands! ;)
Simple, easy and fast.the battery is actually better for the weight.the best.now can you please show how to make that motor? If possible. Like from nothing.
The thing is you get some trade-offs with wheel size. For uneven ground small wheels are dangerous, like with small wheels on scooters they are known to be rather unstable, where with larger wheels you have less rigidity. This is why people ultimately go for larger alloy wheels. If you want to go faster then you'll find this becomes more of an issue. Aerodynamics will also need to be considered. It's quite easy to knock up with some fibreglass fairing. Being low to the ground is good though.
If you have suspension and differential would be much better for softer & smoother ride ! ! Moreover, Safety feature is the MOST IMPORTANT factor for any build.
Yung aso! yung aso! :D Nice works Sir Albert! Planning to build one but having it as a stand up scooter, 4 wheels pa rin. ilang mm un thickness ng GI Tubular na gamit nyo Sir? Anong controller yun gamit nyo na may potentiometer (see 6:48 timeline) ? Thanks and stay safe Sir!
Welcome . We show you to make an electric generator that works from the rear wheel of a bicycle. It means an electricity generator by working on the bike and producing electricity from it
Albert, instead of capping the ends of the box why not curve them and sit the hubs in the recess? And, how about a smart potentiometer to create a differential function? Good work!
yeah it could achieve that kind of performance you state with the 60V capable controller you linked in your description but you used an 80A rc car controllers which are in no way capable of handling the current load you have....
Nice built! Sir Albert is a very humble and kind person. Salute to you sir!!!! Thank you so much for helping me with my bike batterry problem. 😎

Amen. Before tilting steering columns many heads were removed by a steering wheel also here in Northern Europe.
This is a go kart not a car for the roads
@@AyyLarry There are immovable objects offroad too.
@@AyyLarry That is a foolish response. Moving objects can hit stationary ones.
Very good! Both of rear tires have their own engines respectively, free from differential gear.
I'm glad you know that it doesn't need differential gear 😁
@albertnario4877 what's the maximum speed?
Nice next add shocks
Well this man takes power to weight ratio seriously... ⚡💯
Interesting welding technique. Guessing there is more than just tacks holding it together?

Hes doing a really nice job considering the fact that hes using an arc welder

Using outrunner motors wow
WOW! I love it! The next step would be to use a solar panel. Fantastic job bro! Simple, perfect.

Nice build but, it needs some improvements. A suspension, outer part of the hubs need support, a brace closer to the steering wheel.
Your wheel bolts need support from both sides to keep from bending. Other than that great build
That's the first thing I noticed "the bolts", but like you said "good build!"

add motors to the front wheels too!
Very good. Great fabrication and problem solving skills.

Cuál es la columna de dirección y por qué empalador
Without Suspension it will be a Bone shaking experience any way nice attempt for a raw vehicle.

nice job. bet you wouldn't mind some suspension.
