I couldn't beat Boreas in Arena before because there was no chance for me to get to later waves. 1. People place him early, and his Frozen purification (that skill of just AOE freezes the whole field) damage and range are nerfed, so he can't clear wave 1 as fast as before. 2. His ultimate used to 1 shot waves 2 and 3 and then it could go to wave 4 depending on how fast I clear mine. After the ult duration nerf, he can't 1 shot wave 3 /4 anymore. The nerfs made the battle last longer, which gave me time to set up my team and beat it eventually in later waves.

He still one shots waves in arena though.
The nerf only changes how effective he is in GR1 and GR2 IMO

Yeah she is powerful too, you can see her in all 3 types of Arena.
