If you bring volka you can drop him 3 or 4 times, first wave, second wave, and third wave, if the boss still alive you can drop him again, also he deal more damage if you have chaos lord instead of cultist..
Volka - 3 times, and 2nd deploy probably won't give you enough time for him to charge his ult. She was one of the considerations before I first cleared it, she can't do it while Venoma can do it. Yes, a Choas lord would be better for Cerberus, but remember I am also using Zelus Lasser Hollow.
For Damage, I recommend Eye of Sin. Another mythic artifact you can use for him is the Flux Pendant (you get it from the guild shop). Both of them have a legendary version, Crest of Thunder and Rage Chain. Lastly, if you want to use him with self-heal, use Lunacy Visor.
