I just opened my Paypal account about a week ago and I got an email saying Payments from sales are being withheld because : You’re new to PayPal, Any payments received will be held for up to 21 days. If there are no issues with your orders, the payments held will be automatically released after 21 days. Is it normal to receive this email for new accounts? Thanks again

I haven't tried that, my Taiwanese students pay via Paypal. Line pay is not available kasi in the Philippined

You may have to consider contacting an enchasher. A local who has a WECHAT/ALIPAY pay account who can transfer the money to you for example via GCASH.

depende yan teacha e, kasi mejo busy ang admin ngayon dahil sa DDoS attack issues nung nakaraang linggo. Usually nasa 3-5 days ang account activation.
