      Hi Rohit, I have no where mentioned that you need to buy anything without seeing anything. Also the whole process is online so I have nothing to do with any marketing. I have made the video to aware people about the project. Rest everyone has different opinion of someone efforts. What I have shown in the video is very well there. I am sure you have your own reasons of disliking.

    Invest in affordable scheme at your own risk because dtcp cancelled Mahira’s license after 4 year, near possession, Buyers dont know what to do ?

    Builder sale car parking space in 4.2 lakh and parking is available is open parking
    Pl advise me that open car parking govt. Allow to sale by builder with mention in registry । Pl advise me what I do sir mujhe lena chahiye ya nahi open car parking ko pl pl reply I aam waiting

      See these builders are charging on their own. Usually they should not charge more than 2.5 lakh for private car parking but 4.2 is too much to pay. I think you should negotiate with him or if he doesn’t agree then you can also consider going to tcp sec 14 to understand what can be possible to reduce the price .. I am sure they will help you in this regard

      Thanks Rohit for the feedback. Well I have post this video for making people aware about the project. Yes the road access is from the village (Bada Gaon), and there is another access which takes to the main gate but without any hitch. Further this New Gurgaon is under development and will be the most demanded place in next 5 years. So all roads will be constructed well till the time of possession. Apart from this, My intention behind making the video is very much real, rest one may think anything. i can't stop that. But I still appreciate your time for watching my video.

    Sir I want to surrender my 2 bhk flat JLS 86 ka ... Abhi builder office baat kiya to replie kiya ki abhi TCP office me mail karo hamare pass abhi list nahi aaye hai
    Pl advise me ki mere kam se kam pament deducted jaldi surrender kare to pl advise thanks

      TCP office is in sec 14 Gurgaon. Agar builder koi answer ni krta toh you can always launch your complaint with them. See process ye hota hai ki, jb bhi allotment ho jati hai toh tcp transfer the booking amount to builder and Phir builder ki CRM team sbhi allotted candidates se coordinate krte hai.. Abhi if builder is saying such thing that means ki tcp ne shayad builder ko paise Abhi tk transfer ni kiye ho ya Phir kuch aur internally. But for better and quick solution you can always visit tcp office and complain about builder. They will definitely give you solution. You need to go to 3rd floor

      Sir, Location is good. It is on 24Meter road & Main 75 Meter road is just a walking distance. So in 28 Lakh it is not a bad deal. Also this builder has already delivered one project in sohna which looks fine & have also given appreciation on the property. So go for it

      Hi, Thanks for raising this question.. see both the projects are equally good and both projects locations have their own advantages. Both will give you same kind of appreciation and rental income. So you can go for any of it. But in Mahira, 3BHK has already been sold out. Only 1 BHK is left. So if you wants to buy 3 BHK then you left with only 1 option which is GLS. And it is equally good as Mahira Homes.

      @@LieHonesstly Yes, I know that online application is still pending and it is because 1 BHK has not yet sold out. And draw will take sometime to come out with the result. But allocations received for 3 BHK are 10 times more than the available units. So no chance of getting it in Mahira if you are looking for 3 BHK.
