    Have you seen tulip lemon , there is no problem of build quality. Sector 95 and 102 affordable flat has brick build becoz of it there is problem, tulip is made with miwone shuttering so they are good in build, even new affordable has better build than private developer building

      Sir rental income is not to good.... But yes sure u will get sthing... I e in our sector it's 8500 including everything mainatnce and water bill with common area electric bill ..

      I have one bhk in affordable housing faridabad. Builder demanded me 88000 at the time of possession and only in cash no other payment. Now builder increased maintenance charge rs 1500 per month for 1 bhk and 2200 rs per month for 3 bhk. I recommend not to go for affordable housing.

      Sir totally depend on customer choice.. property or investment is very sensitive advice to make...     Apko km se km flat to mila yaha mahira 95 m 62.5% payment already de chuke h and r 12.5% payment ki dhamki aa chuki h but km 5% to 7% hi hua h bs.

Almost all had paid the 20percnt demanded.. I m still confused .. whether to pay or not.. most people said builder agreement is not a big deal.. govt is involved so they have to do.. kindly guide

      Sir when I have bought at that time banks are ready to pay loans ... I would suggest be double sure .. also u can look for resale ready to move option if u r looking for u r own purpose...

    Jitni bhi affordable h 90% third class location pr h unke As pas unaprooved colony villages h bus frak itna h ki ye govt ne approved KR Diya.. saste m khuch nhi milta govt builder bewk hoof h Kya Jo bna denge 20 lakh m flat 🤣🤣 Bhar at ki janta se jyada bew kh oof koi nhi is duniya m 🤣

      Sir aisa bhi nahi hai.... Fyi... Jitna bhi new Gurgaon prime city hai waha sab aas pass colony or gaw hai he . Or aisa nahi sab beekar hai.. it is a kind of eco system which we all want.. u can't except only top Guns are living near u r radius.. if so then wo will sale veggies drive deliver maintain u r Life style.... We should have a mix ....

      20 -25 lac me mivan construction mail raha hai vo bhi premium neibourhood me
      I think it is worth every penny we are spending
      In other metro city like Mumbai, thane the same flats are available at 80-100 lac

      Banged on 75 MTR fng expressway (having proposed metro corridor),
      Even more premium location than luxury projects have.
