      U can apply in priority 3, Noida NCR don't comes under affordable policy excluding ggn.Its clearly mentioned when u fill the form that u shouldn't have flat in Delhi NCT Chandigarh Haryana. Clarity giver yaha confuse kar de rahe hai sabko bar bar....

    10 acres se above hona chahiye for Deen Dayal. Ab jada 10 acers se kam wale land parcel kam reh gaye hain. Hence, affordable ana mushkil hai

    If husband already has an affordable in his name can wife get another in her name under management quota? I thought its not allowed but a consultant said its allowed for a 3 bhk property under older rules... will be delivered in 1.5 years...

      The answer is NO. As per the policy, the eligibility criteria for MQ people is also the same. Read the policy, AHP 2013 , It's clearly written

      @@Realtask99 Thats what I thought... but this consultant was adamant that wife would be considered priority 4 for previous affordable properties in MQ and we cant do it for new properties which started in last 3-4 months..was citing some rule changes..
