Most excellent, thanks! TIP: For turning or twisting motion description, it is more accurate to state clockwise or counter-clockwise . . . not left or right.
Thanks for the video, actually Jaguar x type has the same PCV base as its engine is made by Ford which the majority of people don't know how to take off
i have a 2012 ford escape 3.0l v6. when i removed the rear pcv valve connector i noticed that there is no pins in the green connector on valve cover. all these days the connector was plugged in with no electrical connection?. I am confused. Please help
The engineers that designed this sideways V-6 should be sent to the 5th ring of hell and forced to remove the valve cover on Bank 1 for ETERNITY. What a pain in the ass engine. I've got the 2005 3.0L Duratec DOHC V-6. A real doozy.
i got a Tribute (same thing) 2009 3l, both rear side strut tower completely gone, alternator, worn spark plug that almost killed my computer and not the exhaust pipe.
The one from Autozone isn't the sane one. It has no connector to the 2 prong connector. I made the same mistake myself. The guy from Autozone unknowingly sold me the cheaper one. I brought it back as it wasn't used and bought the right one online for roughly 25 bucks. Was interesting even there computer screen showed the wrong one. A bit of a pain to remove and replace but it hadn't been replaced ..Had 120k on it. Yes it made a difference along with changing the plugs. Wires and the Pcv valve.

try doing this in the dark without removing the intake manifold using only needle nose pliers. so much fun.

Do you have a vid for the 2012 Escape XLT 4 cy engine? The 4 cylinder version does not have much in the area where this vid shows a PCV on the 6 cy.
Do you have a video for a 5th Gen Explorer?

Is this the same as well for the 4 cyl.
Thank y'all so much for posting these. Is the process the same for the 2009 Escape? It looks similar
Was the video similar to the 2009 Ford Escape when you took yours off?

hi
please where is the pcv volve in ford focus 2012 not se
For $62 ???!!! Autozone for $5.49
Its probably the wrong one without the wire connector and/or the wrong wire connector.
i think it depends if you get a heated vs non-heated PCV. I'm still looking into it though.
