To connect the tv with my phone, a third device (wifi) is needed. Is there any other way to cast my phone screen with tv without any wifi connection?
Yes type c to hdmi cable and Mirascreen dongle should also work
You only need same wifi at the time pf connecting after connection you can turn off the third wifi but do not turn off the mobile wifi which is mirroring the screen

My recommendation is if your tv is not smart you should not buy this chromecast you should buy a smart tv stick Which is only ₹2000 more expensive than this chromecast and this Chromecast cost around ₹2000 and realme smart tv stick cost around ₹4000 and realme smart tv stick is my recommendation
