About this game:
Starena is a boss rush arena game with RPG elements in 3D voxel-art. As the robotic gladiator Mecha Reaper J3, fight all kinds of robots in the most thrilling intergalactic fighting tournament! Customize your weapons, choose your fans, and give the audience a good show to get their support!

Finally caught up on the NL Tries series, may there be many more! Just a heads-up, the playlist doesn't have RogueJack or Mini Golf Club on it, it jumps straight from Poly Bridge 2 to this one.

Not gonna lie, I'm a bit disappointed he didn't mention Shadow of the Colossus when talking about "boss after boss" kinda games.
I absolutely loved SotC.

This game looks interesting, thanks for showing it, although I would have liked to see the upgrade paths in the game and what the meta progression looks like
Just an opinion, but it seems like the sword upgrader would be an integral part of the game, you might want to show off such things in a NL tries in the future

Straight up, pretty frustrating because that seemed to be the main reason for fighting the bosses.
He only didnt do it so he could show off more of the gameplay in the arena
This game feels like an A+ on creativity and ambition, a D- on execution, and a "did not turn in assignment" on dialogue.
D- seems harsh, it's not like the game ever failed to function, from what I saw here. It seems, maybe, a bit unbalanced. we also haven't seen many of the elements, like the sword crafting.
i mean the dialoque is canonically from robots
@@Nowolf that's fair. I know we only saw the first two bosses, but it just looks really unbalanced - super fast/agile hero with super slow bosses with large, telegraphed attacks.

the quantifiability of this content creator's pog elements are questionable at best due to the vast excess of it's size.
This game actually seemed pretty cool. I’d love to see multiplayer so I can get some mini monster hunter going with friends

Yo this game is really cool! I loved when you cut his arm off, beat him with it, and then he got a bigger hammer and almost yeeted you. That's some well designed and fun gameplay right there
