Age of mythology player here. Been loving getting into this game and watching your stuff the past few weeks. Working on my build orders now! I watched an old video of yours about archer rushes and it helped me take down an extreme AI 1v1.

Watching Hera play against players my skill level is so surreal. A scout/tower play would've gg'd me but Hera's defense here was so effortless. It really goes to show after 3 years and thousands of hours I have a lot to learn still.
My favourite part "Yellow is 900 elo? This is 900 elo now?" This is what I've been saying. Everybody is a pro at this game now. You're gonna get 400iq plays at every elo range now 11

I just grind extreme ai games when I can play so I can stay sharp and ready for things like this and my posse of buds. In all fairness i had an untouched double tc eco boom and if pressured like slate did against hera, I would have melted

I swear African Clearing is the hardest game to actually kill opponents because you can just build yourself up anywhere.. and you still managed to do it :D
If the low elo players are playing well and doing some stuff correct, your videos and guides definately have a say in that Hera! I was barely able to defeat Moderate AI several months ago and right now I can defeat Hardest and compete with Extreme due to your guides. I like team games more rather than 1vs1, and unpopularly I like water maps more than land ones so I havent got the courage to go into 1vs1 ranked yet. But with your guides me and my premade are killing it in 2vs2's, we made it to 1200~ now all the way from 700. Thanks so much Hera. We really hope to play against you in a game like this with my premade, trying to get the money sorted at the moment! These videos are very cool to watch, stay safe!

I apply Strategy from Age in my work and I do pretty well hahhaha. Peace!

poor yellows score was inflated likely due to floating way too many resources. He effectively stopped contributing after Hera forced down that castle. He should have kept going on his raids along the woodline, they were really effective!
hindsight was 20/20, focusingon going deeper in but too much respect. It wasnt floating, i had tons of production but fighting and raiding and producing two gold units... my boom ended at 80 vils... it just becomes chaos when hera hits the eco
Hi, Hera and community. Could anyone tell me how to focus vill repairing mangonel? For some reason i cannot do it with towers. I click on vill, circle around him activates, but arrows still goes into mangonel. It is so lame. Any ideas? Ty in advance
The arrow is hitting the mangonrl in front of the vil acting as a damage sponge. You need a melee attack or range attack from the side or behind to hit the vil

Hera is so oblivious of the averedge gamer's skill, the 1100 ones are crazy tryhards that know build orders and can defeat the extreme AI no problem, its ridiculous how well they play, considering everyone starts at 1000, thats not a reflection at all of it, they are sooo much better than anyone who doesnt play online.
I'm yellow. Of course I follow his build orders and adapt but extreme ai is perfect training for new builds and when to step off your eco boom for oressure at sub 1000 elo. But you don't get the experience to play against pc players any random movements conpared to ai so in all reality the tryhard trying to seriously learn the game is just a step to competing and knowing how to keep yourself alive. It all plays hand in hand.
