Yes, I am fully aware this isn't the keyboard's fault and in the video my driving is trash. I just had the idea to make a quick shitpost since I haven't been uploading in a while. Also, I have gotten a bit better with keyboard after making this video, so that's good I guess.
I felt the same way playing with the controller at first. And now, it's been years since I quit the game and I'm trying to get back into it, but it's horrible.
I use the left and right arrow keys to steer and A for gas ans D for brake. The rest are default binds i think, only clutch is F but i use Automatic Transmission
@@gigo6325you have to use manual transmission because you cannot rely on slowing down on automatic. The way I play, when a corner is approaching gear down and take it early. The car slides for a while. Don't over adjust. Let it slide, then when I am facing exit I go 1st gear and exit. Pressing acceleration stop the car from sliding further. However everything has to be manual. Otherwise wheels will lock up & car slow on every corner. Overall keyboard is very hard to play because there is no pressure sensitivity, one tap means absolute left or right.
I kid you not, after making this video I kept playing and now I can say, having played with both a wheel and a controller before, that I find myself more comfortable with a keyboard lol
