      Why does this guy continue to get parking tickets. I have only had one parking ticket in my lifetime and that was set aside when my photos revealed the no parking sign was obscured by tree limbs. I also was reimbursed for towing and storage fees that occurred in the same event. Come on dude, stop parking where you don't belong. By the way, when we went to the impound lot, there was not a single car in there with local plates. Apparently, New Orleans picks on out of state licensed drivers. Beware!

    Everyone is commenting about how kind and accommodating Judge Caprio is, and how he nevertheless won't be played for a fool. All correct. But there's another, I think overarching point to be made, which is that Judge Caprio is effective. He seems in every case to find that very nice, narrow balance that maximally advances justice for the whole community, which is the point of the law. As a bystander, I frankly don't much care whether he is kind or rigorous, deep or shallow, green or purple -- but by advancing us as far as possible toward a justly ordered society -- granted, in minor dimensions -- he is doing all of us a great service.
    Well done, sir.

    The character of Honorable Judge Caprio is par to none, I dare to say. Before him stood a man who was sarcastic, rude, conceded, and just so full of himself. Honorable Judge Caprio SOMEHOW managed to teach him a painful lesson and to grant him heavenly mercy.
    I don't usually flaunt this out loudly, but I'm a veteran myself, just like Judge Caprio. And I come from an extremely abusive household. For a long time, I suffered with all spectrums of PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders, and just unadulterated, pure, and pathological hatred toward humanity. Well, almost a decade later with a LOT of therapies and help from "Caught in Providence," I'm learning for the first time how to love humanity.
    Honorable Judge Caprio, God bless you and your family, and may all your biggest dreams come true. If you ever have one of those "low days," please remember, you've saved my life. And I'm sure you've saved many more lives other than mine.

    The Judiciary in the U.K. is a bad joke. Shame we can’t have “sensible “ judges like this guy 👏

    • @Mk1Male
      @Mk1Male 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The Judiciary in the U.K. follows government guidelines. They are lenient because it costs money to put criminals in already overcrowded / or build new prisons. Don't ever believe that the people that get into the UK government are concerned with everyday life for everyone else.
      There is not a single politician in the UK that hasn't used their position to benefit their family member/career/financial gain/ .
      This guy would simply not get away with in the corrupt UK.

    I'm in the United Kingdom and just stumble across this TH-cam channel, I'm amazed how Judge Frank Caprio is so understanding in some peoples cases. I think he'd be great as one of the seven Judges in the supreme court. I'm in absolute awe of Judge. I'm now addicted to this channel.

    This judge comes off as a really good guy. He doesn't seem to use his authority to fulfill some personal needs or want, but to take his position seriously and do things in a straight-up and fair, compassionate manner. Good on him.

    I love watching Judge Caprio in action because of his empathy with most of those appearing before him. However, it would be good to see the other side of him occasionally, where we see someone not getting away with it because they think they can come up with a hard-luck story to sway the judge. This clip is a pretty good example of him not letting someone pull the wool over his eyes! Let's see more of them.

    • @bobmack5196
      @bobmack5196 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@chrisandstephanieashley3510 Right he is doing just what he needs to get by. He's not going out of his way to pay tickets . The judge knows that parking tickets are a way of gouging money out of car owners, like a hidden tax on car owners. So this guy pays the minimum and does whatever he can to just get by. The Judge knows that people will do whatever they can to get out of court with money in their pocket or their car and license in tact.
