expired slide film holds up so much better than expired color film. I shot a roll of slide film from 1982 that was fine. Shoot the provia at 100, or 80 if you wanna feel like you're doing something, and it will be just fine. 100% will work perfectly fine.
Expect color shifts tho, even properly stored in a freezer there will be a color shift that needs to get fixed. I have a brick of Extachrome 100 Plus (5005 EPP) that expired in 1994 that was freezer stored its entire life, and while shooting it at box speed yields good exposures, the film (when camera scanned using valoi easy35 at least) has a very slight purple cast.

I just started putting my film in the fridge and once a week I’ll go “umm where is all my film??” And panic, and then I’ll open the fridge for something unrelated and remember, lol.
It's just a matter of remembering to USE our film unlike those forgotten bags of lettuce that somehow never get used in time!
For the record I'm always asking for a video.
1. What the fuck is a vegetable? 2. My girlfriend definitely gets mad with every additional roll 3. Is next episode what I think it is? Ps I have an idea of what that Russian film is, would be game to go through it with you some time. The film is still kind of made today.

@@PinebrookPictures That'd be sick to see if the film can be used. The only unfortunate thing about it is I'm not sure if someone has ever opened it prior to me so it COULD be cooked. Not sure😭

Mitsubishi film ehh..wonder if therea a Subaru film out there..lol. I love having variety of films, so my fridge has odd ball (to me) stuff ..but sadly getiing through my superia rather fast too. I recommend putting film in ziploc style bags to further prevent moisture from becoming a porblem. 🎉
