Dr. I think you were needed a long time in Ghana for all these wonderful ideas. Nevertheless, I also think it is better late than never. Let all the politician come together and help build this nation. No more NPP and NDC issues. Ghana must move forward.

Africa,France and other contrays why the best man with all the knowledge about this project so I don't know what the minister is waiting for ,let follow his a dears and get it start once and for all please
