What they should do is untie raid progression from char progression. Lets stop with the alternative power systems like elixir/set level/transcendence and make so that boss mats just helps you hone faster.
isnt silver already "roster bound gold" and isnt it stupid to not just fix gear progression to silver and later gold to the content which is supposed to be the current endgame? pretty stupid solution imo.
I kind of feel like if they add bound gold it should be in addition to the unbound gold. Like instead of nerfing Brel from 10k to 5k just make it 5k unbound and 5k bound
Most of your gold goes into honing anyway. The ones mostly affected by it would be people that use rmt. The real life value of gold would increase drastically.
bound gold will never work you still NEED to buy things off market board such as book accs bracelets and stones new players would NEVER be able to do non solo raids because they wouldn't have proper builds once hitting thaim
Just have them provided via pass, and then allow the last two solo raids gold to be traded. Plus one could sell orahas or item drops. Plus the new T3 system makes all the above obsolete (except braclet).
