Antiques are at least 100 years old. 1975 and 1980’s kits are called WIPs in my house. 😂 I hope the person that gets my “vintage” kits someday is as excited as you!
Angie!! It is so great to see you! Your hair is getting so long ❤❤. So to vintage it has to be 20 years old. And antique is 100 years or older. Your finds are so cool!! Thank you for sharing ❤❤ ooops I forgot to put in that I think you should save at least one of those older kits. I am a “saver”. Lol. And again thank you for sharing ! That is so cool!!! I was 12 then and I think I did my first cross stitch in Girl Scouts sometime near then as well. Although, I regrettably didn’t stick with it. I wish I would have! Think of all the cool things I might still have around. lol. I was able to get to the stitching store this afternoon and get the Aida for the quilt one. Getting ready to start it now.
Had so much phone ogling your Sue Lentz piece, who very special. Looking forward to seeing the progress on it. There are so many floss dyers out there, I guess if you run out of something crucial, you might be able to get a dyer to help you with something approximate. What will you do with the finished piece?
