Hold on now. Everyone, I want to draw your attention to that intro. It is PERFECTLY staged. The way the camera follows Dave, the way the people he needs to talk to are properly placed in the exact right spot the moment he talks about them, the fact that Dave just goes off to get a drink when Rob takes over and then COMES BACK when Rob has finished his bit. It all appears to be done in one take (which means a lot of practice took place here), and the way Dave effortlessly takes back focus on him before passing it off to Jeremy is just top-notch staging. That intro was beautifully choreographed. A thing of art.
Okay. I've gushed. I'm going back to watch the last 21 and a half minutes of this video now.

@@lynnthomas8457 Many years ago when I started playing I met a lvl60 paladin in Goldshire Inn called Scanjet, who started chatting to me and my friend and asked if we needed help with any quests. I'd just bought my lvl40 mount on my female human rogue and was heading back to STV to finish some quests. He came with us and killed mobs for a few minutes, then started giving us alcoholic drinks while trying to convince us to see this 'really cool place'. My friend made excuses and left, but I was naïve. He took me to a waterfall, undressed and started telling me about his penis. Don't go to Goldshire Inn.

Early days of that game was really a magical time as a player. Imagine having to literally walk across the world and avoid dangers if you wanted to start at another race’s starting area. Nostalgia is too powerful and I will never have another experience like I remember those times questing in a living world with other real people constantly roving around.

Seeing the panning around of the finished product actually made me start crying. I met my first love on the lawn infront of the Goldshire Inn and we'd sit on that fence and roof for alot of our time together. It just marked a moment where my life changed. We've both moved on after 5 yrs together and I'm with the love of my life now for 4yrs so I'm happy. But man. Definitely brought back memories of my WoW days where I was happy and surrounded with friends. I was such a different person than who I am today. The game is now dreadful for me and I've since quit for well over 4 yrs now. Thank you for this build. It's beautiful 🧡 Goldshire Inn days are definitely in the past now..
