The BBC Learning English Science Team loves forest bathing. It has so many compelling reasons! For example, it can make you relaxed. However, humans are cutting down timber to build skyscrapers, thus making it harder to find places to forest bathe. Thankfully, the BBC Learning English Science Team has intelligently developed a way to make hemp into wood. No trees will be cut down again! The BBC Learning English Science Team can forest bathe again!
In this video, nail and bez discuss trees, Spending time outside has benefits for our health. Bez says that she always spends her free time outside and it helps her and there is also a name for this type of activity in Japan ;Shinrin yoku: in English it translates as forest bathing this is type of a relaxation that involves being calm and quiet among the trees. They want to tell you how the oldest material on earth, wood, is being used now for greener future
Every video is fantastic which could be possible through Wise teacher's those have great acclivity to fetch useful vocabulary words proficiently ❤❤❤❤❤❤.
I would like to live in a house made of wood like a bungalow in the mountains. I like the warm atmosphere and even the smell of wood that makes me at home. I had never thought that buildings made of wood could be eco-friendly because I had always thought about the lack of resources and trees we face on the planet. However, if there are species of trees that grow quickly and can be used to build our houses, I'm totally in favor of wood
I had the forest bathing (here in Brazilian Portuguese - BAnho de Floresta). Immersed into our Atlantic Forest with a natural stream sound. That's all interconnected.
I have been watching and listening to your videos for 3-4 years. Thanks so much for making good contents! 😊😊😊 I really love listening to the British accent although I speak my accent which tends to be Thai mixing with American. 😂😂😂

Your videos are so great that it makes me worry that my own English learning channel isn't any good hahahaha. I've been using video games as a way to give people listening practice, but I just started and I can't tell if it's a good idea or not.
'timber' and 'wood' can sometimes be used interchangeably, but there is a slight difference. 'wood' is more general, but 'timber' is wood that can be used for building something. 'crossways' in this context means that they have been laid on top of each other from different sides.

From the city I'm leaving sulaymani Iraq they even cut and separate the mountains around us to build villas in the next decade there will be no space for nature bathing 😢
Me too, i was born in Da Lat. Everyone recognise it as the most beautiful and peaceful city in Vietnam, it makes me proud a lot. But time flies and my cities has changed a lot. Lots of forest and flower garden were cut to expand the street for visitors, life became noisy, the air was polluted. But the saddest thing is many bathtubs of hydrangeas - my favorite flower were removed.

There is a compelling reason to believe that working from home can be beneficial for the environment and families in the long run.😊
Thanks very much for this lesson that comes very handy, and considering the climate change, a more sustainable world should be our goal.

On the other hand, wooden houses burn easily in case of fire. In a country subject to frequent earthquakes like Japan, it's a big problem.🤔
Thank you
I live in skyscraper, i am looking for new building material.

Plants like trees absorb carbon dioxide. So I think planting trees will help solve environmental problems.
