the problem is that even after working for 15 years in this company they pay me lesser, I was shocked to hear the salary of the Mazdoor in my municipality who did not have to earn a degree at all, he get 3 more extra Lakhs than my total CTC!! Stupid company treats its employees very very bad like used toile paper!!

Sir, what if an employee in TCS puts a notice period email and wants to serve 3 months notice period but due to the project ending the RMG and HR decided to release him earlier before notice period ends.....
Will TCS pay him remaining 2 months salary in advance Bcz they released him earlier?

I don't want to compromise with my job and neither with marriage. Both are equally important to me. Want to balance both. Please suggest me what can i do?
