I wish I would of known you were in my town, I live about 10-15 minutes from there. I know not every trip is a meet and greet. I hope you enjoyed our little slice of heaven with that property out there. They do so much for the farm and heavy equipment community, I am not part of that but enjoy watching all that you do with what you have. Maybe one day, but being 64 years young it's hard to get the wife out of the city life!!
I bought my first John Deere 35 years ago. Now most of my machinery is John Deere. Thanks for showing this new equipment.

Deere didn’t release details on the number of salaried employees affected. The most recent round of cuts follow more than 600 previously announced layoffs of Deere’s production workers at three facilities in Illinois and Iowa. The company didn’t say when the additional salaried workforce positions would be eliminated.
John Deere has been around for so many years and they do have the background for all the equipment. May years ago, I had the privilege to take a tour through a JD Plant in Toronto Canada with my FFA Chapter and watched front end loaders being made right there. It was amazing to watch the auto welders, how the workers installed the parts that the robots couldn't. It from start to finish tour, I will never forget that.

BTW I'm not sure if anyone mentioned it but inside Menards stores they do have some 2x4x8s and 2x6x8s so you don't have to go to the lumber shed. They have some plywood in store also. You can also take a cart to the shed and get what you want and check out inside (that can be a pain). Menards is all we have close by us. I'm not sure if I like Lowes or Home Depot kind of like you with menards. It's just because we're not use to them. BTW one of your woodsman shows you've been to is in the same town Menards started and headquartered in, Eau Claire WI.

These grade systems have come a long way for small equip. I had GPS on my JD 470 I redid the Scioto River in downtown Columbus and excavated for pipe and it worked fantastic!.
I've operated the JD333 skid steer and they are a work horse. I also love my s185 bobcat because of the foot controls and should be here until I pass. The farm science review is a great show.
It’s amazing to me the amount of technology that’s built into these pieces of equipment.
Manufacturers say we removed the toggle switches which cost $35 ea. When they go bad , so they can sell u a $3600 panel when one of those touch buttons quit working! 😆

I salute you Mike Morgan for having a video on John Deere skid loaders, with JD laying off workers and moving manufacturing to Mexico, looks like you had a blast playing in the dirt, JD will do just fine they'll lose a few customers over this but still will be leader in farming and construction equipment, love you guys
God, I can’t believe you’re looking at John Deere you told me a long time ago they don’t build quality. I think they do. I think they’re a lot better than Kabota ever be I have a two series John Deere and I love it and it has a heated cab. Awesome machine does everything I wanted to do but great video enjoyed watching.👍

My dad bought all John Deere loaders. Back when I was a kid. I ran 544A and 644 back in 70-74 era. !! They were good fast loaders.
Maybe next year the event will be in Sinanola, Mexico. Road Trip with The Morgan's!

Little vacation day outings like this are more fun than any destination resort! Although possibly way more expensive based on what you come home with!

So......what you're saying is, that John Deere has a lot of room to reduce the price of their products drastically, so that could reduce the cost of all construction projects and food so that EVERYONE wouldn't need to be paid as much to make a living.

There have been some interesting new CTL machines released. CAT has the new 265 and 285.
So where are you hiding your new 335? Man, JD is really up there. I loved everything I saw, especially the road grater. That is great sophistication. Wow! The technology in all those machines are like you said, on another level. So, are you gonna do a trade or just sell the Kubota and purchase the 335? With the high flow on the 335, your choice for attachments is unlimited. I just love your videos like today's. You get every little to big detail talked about. Very well done, Mike. You really are a pro!! Oh, the JD cap sure looks good on you.👍🚜❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲

John Deere announced in June it is moving the manufacturing of skid steer loaders and compact track loaders from its Dubuque, Iowa facility to Mexico by the end of 2026.

The downside is the electronic interference deere puts in its farming equipment thus making it super difficult for farmers do self repair work 😮

I have a 5 series JD tractor . The Farmers are sueing JD because they can't work on their own tractors. All the programs are owned by JD and you can't even clear a alarm . There are to many electronics on them . When they were all mechanical they were better . At 300 hours my EMC board went out a $ 4 thousand dollar part . Now I have no warranty left . Now I guess I'm just screwed ! On skid steers Bobcat is a better machine .
The right to repair is fundamental to owning heavy equipment or you get to buy new stuff every 10 years. My Fendt 308 is 40 years old... still in perfect working condition
Kubota orange is in my blood, but that is impressive!

I have not run the track loaders but I've been on a fair amount of Deere farm tractors of all sizes. One thing that sticks out to me about their front loader hydraulics is how terrible they are in terms of the control. Jerky or sticky doesn't come close to describing the actions. Deere has plenty of power and lifting but Kubota seems to be so smooth compared to Deere. We have a 5390 and I use Deere's on other farms to load with where we buy hay and they all seem to operate about the same. Hopefully the new stuff is better going forward.
By the time you get the machine set up for your job, it's lunch time.
