Nice property, but not even close to worth a half a million dollars in “my opinion”. Not to mention the insane property taxes that will end up breaking you eventually. I believe this property would/should be worth $250,000

Price is indeed shocking... I wonder if they're pricing it thinking someone will be fully booked on air bnb? I don't know what the comps are, but for a small rustic cabin in the boonies on 3 acres, 450k seems WAY high.
I doubt you could build this today for $250k definitely not $150k. Plus 11 acres of land and a separate building. Maybe it’s not worth half a million but the real price is somewhere in between.

I went to his website, and there was another listing in Idaho on 40 acres with a house and a shop for 499k. 🤷🏻♂️

I only delete the comments calling me a racist or the ones along those lines. My video from a few weeks ago has a lot of similar comments I didn't delete and it has a pending cash offer. As for the stair runners, cool stuff is often dangerous.
