Mam if the buyer bought goods from the seller on credit that mean goods are already transferred to the buyer . Then how it is possible to retain the goods or take a possesion of that goods if buyer already used it.

Why did you define section 48 it also deals with the rights of unpaid seller
When the seller partly delivered a good to the buyer then he also possesses a right on the undelivered part of the goods to exercise lien
