As a survivor, who knows ninety percent of us never come forward, it's about time we refuse to shut up.
I've boycotted Allen for two decades and will forevermore.
    Short men and Napoleon complexes..
    Geeesh
    Allen creeps me out.
And yes..all survivors of powerful men are harassed to maintain our silence.

I thought this doc shed a light on the subject that even though it was battled in the front pages, there was a lot of answered questions.
This cleared a lot of things up.

Thank you so much for all your work. You've changed lives--it's so validating to have our experience as survivors reflected back to us by the world at large. To have our story told, to not live in that silence & shame anymore.

Amy, this harassment techniques are very similar to those knowingly applied by Scientology. There are many videos that you can easily find. I am so sorry you are going through this. You've done an AMAZING job! Document what's happening and report it to the police. Best of luck

The big question on my mind ever since I watched the documentary is - why is Moses saying these things about Mia. All her other children and her friends say she's basically the best mother in the world and yet Moses is saying things about her that are truly horrible. There is such a massive disconnect between his experience and literally everyone else in Mia's life. And this seemed to have popped up from nowhere, all of a sudden when he's an adult, after having had what everyone else are saying is a pretty healthy, normal relationship with his mother. Suddenly she's a witch that tortured her children. It's just weird. And another thing is that he claimed they never had a toy train in the attic when the police investigaton included a drawn layout of the attic where the position of the toy train was marked out as a referance point in the report. So clearly he's either lying or misremembering.

_“There are some pictures and there is a trunk where things are stored, and there is a train set which the children take out and play with sometimes.” When asked to describe the set, Groteke replies, “They are big, heavy plastic, green tracks and they fit into each other like puzzle pieces, and _*_the train is a train car that is made for a child to sit on and ride.”_*_ Alter asks, “Have you ever seen the train set in any of the rooms?” Groteke: “Yes. I have seen it downstairs in the living room, but more recently in the past year in Mia’s room and in the children’s room, through the hallways.” Alter: “So they take it out of the crawl space?” Groteke: “Yes.”_

@@theghoul9326 So just because they had a big, heavy plastic train set that the kids could ride in it must mean they didn't have a small electric train set? During the investigation the police detective followed Dylan into the attic where Dylan showed them where she says the abuse had happened and they drew a diagram of the scene, and one of the things they noticed was a small toy train track that was assembled there. Did Mia "coach" the detective to see and take note of things that wasn't there?

No disrespect to AA but there’s a similar thing happening there with the diagnostic criteria. When someone says they do not have a drinking problem and can quite any time they want to, that is considered typical of the disease. Sometimes, people really don’t have a drinking problem and can take it or leave it/quit whenever they want to.
