Hi, I followed your recipe and it was a success! I didn’t know how to make soup prior to your video! My family and I would like Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!
In Trinidad & Tobago Saturday is definitely soup day! All kinds of soup fish broth, chicken foot, veggie soup, cow heel, pigtail, corn soup. Great video!
My favorite channel on TH-cam! I'm Jamerican and my mother started teaching me to cook Jamaican food since the third grade. I appreciate seeing other brothas that cook!
Man I made this soup the other day and it was a huge hit. I had to tweak it a little for my american born children but the components of the soup was still the same. I used chicken thighs and wings instead of the chicken foot , and I added onions, green peppers and tomatoes. This was the best recipe ever, thanks a bunch.!

I have never been one for the kitchen, but I missed home (I live in Canada but I am Jamaican) and really wanted some soup and just decided to look this up. Was the best soup ever!!!! I was so pleased with myself. Your videos were awesome, very easy to follow. Thank you so very much.
That was a good tip on broiling the chicken separately to get rid of some of the fat. I have never done it that way before. I tried it today. Very good. Thank you.
From one chef to another, l love your cooking. 1 suggestion though, I would skim off the scum and oil from the chicken foot water and use it in the soup pot. That water is like stock and its rich in collagen which makes the soup gummy. But on a whole everything tun up. Nuff respect from yaad 🇯🇲
I don't know why in 🇨🇲 we don't eat it. Meanwhile we've got a lot of it. I'll rather not say what we do wif it coz it's gonna be disrespectful. I'm now based in 🇦🇪 & it's eaten here by the locals. I was so so surprised when I saw it in the grocery in the vegetable section.
