    Your hair looks amazing! That's my end goal. I'm currently in the awkward stage and it's so painfully slow.

    Cool video, I'm 44 and have a full head of salt and pepper hair with 2b hair type and I'm lucky as I've only lost about half a centimetre on my temples over the years, and I have a very low hairline, I'm 8 months into my hair journey and am looking forward to seeing the final result, also being in lockdown has been easy to deal with the awkward stage,love your hair man, looks awesome.

    Glad to see you back making vids man! And at the perfect time on my hair growing journey, I'm just approaching the length to be able to pull off a man bun coming from an udercut! Was wondering if there are any plans going forward with NeverBreak? You Got great vocals dude and the whole band is killer!🤘keep up the good work brother! Much love and peace from the UK 🇬🇧

      Right on man! Thanks for sticking around and watching the videos. Ya man NeverBreak broke up and isn’t doing anything these day but I’m still really good friends with the drummer and we always talk about jamming again and maybe starting something up. Thanks man!

    So I grew my hair out for a year and kinda had an awkward stage of a mullet in the back, the sides were to my ears, and my top was to my eyebrows. It was something for sure haha. Flash forward to January and I decided to shaved my head to start fresh with my twin brother (we’re both on this new hair growth journey together) and have been growing out my hair since. I told myself that this time around I would stick to my goal of reaching shoulder length and it’s gonna take a while haha. I decided to let my top grow and get trims every 3-4 months. As for the sides and back, I decided to cut them to a 0 every month and in August shave them to the skin. After a year, I will let the sides and back grow out, and get trims just like I would on top, just not letting the sides and back get too lengthy since I want the top to reach the back first. What do y’all thing of the plan? Any suggestions would be appreciated 😁.

    I wish i knew about tip # 9. After a year of growth i cut it all off and i had it up to my shoulders(grew it from a buzz cut). At month 5 again :/ and i wish i had given it a week instead of impulsively buzzing it. I have to wait 2 times as long to reach my goal

    • @AdamsHairStuff

      Bummer man. Yeah just give it some thought before cutting it next time. Good luck.

    My hair is completely grown out towards shoulder length... It is thick and wavy like yours.... Do you remember how long it took you from shoulder length to your actual length?

    • @AdamsHairStuff
      @AdamsHairStuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nice bro. I’d say about a year. I looked back at photos and March of last year my length was shoulder length.

  • @babyyoda4477

    I'm growing mine out for almost a year and haven't trimmed it yet. When you go for a trim do you tell them how much you want trimmed off? Like half an inch or something?

    • @AdamsHairStuff
      @AdamsHairStuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends man so if it’s been about a year since you’ve had it trimmed you might be looking at an inch or more depending on how your ends look. If you stick to a schedule of every 4 months or so it’s usually about 1/2 inch.

  • @liorshulman8076

    Should I go through the whole first year of hair growth without any trims?

    • @AdamsHairStuff
      @AdamsHairStuff  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No. You want to get your hair trimmed regularly to promote a strong growth and healthy hair. Every 3-4 months get a trim.

    In my opinion only, calling males "boys" just sounds stupid, not only from you, but from everyone else who uses the term "boys" to address people.
