Thank you so much for watching! If there are any videos (Rare Online HousePlant Unboxing's, More Plant Tours, Specific Plant Care) you would like to see please let me know :).
That place is super expensive!! I’ve seen some of those varieties for so much less!! Try Mountain Crest plants.
Great nursery, the prices were sort of high on done things but it’s everywhere, thanks for taking us along. I can’t wait to see your baby potted up💚
Outrageous prices! But in LA perhaps people pay that.
I've said it before and I will say it again. You do THE best planty tours. Thank you Erika ❤🌿
Have a happy and safe new year 🤗😉❤
Awh thank you so much!! 😭 Have a happy new year!! 💚💚💚
I agree
Nothing relaxes me like your plant tours do. Thanks girl! You're the best. 💚
tephrocactus geometricus is slow growing. Likes a dry outdoors atmosphere. Water lightly when soil is dry. Has a tap root and needs a gravely soil in a deep pot. Mammillarias are great cacti😌🙏💖Their showy flowers and amazing variations of colourful spination make them popular. Echinopsis are like more water and have huge blooms like roses with an undeniable lemony sweet orchid fragrance😌. I enjoyed your tour today! It was fun and Interesting to watch😌💖
I appreciate the knowledge! Can for sure tell you are a cactus fan 😇
You can find those kinds of rocks/ stones at dollar tree!👍
All handmade pots 😲 I miss my high school ceramic class.
That would be so fun to make pots!
Wish we had a place like this in Indiana to go visit. Crazy prices for some of them though. 🙊🙄🙉🙃
Mays in Bloomington has some solid options!!
@@jordanparks6414 thanks for letting me know. 👍
We have such places 😀😀😀
OMG, so many unique/rare varieties at this shop. I love that it's in an old house!
Oh god that shop is SO cute! I want to start a business like that..
Right?!!
So lucky to have so many wonderful cacti to choose from.
I know I want so many of them!
Increíble el mundo de los Cactus 🌵 y Suculentas 🪴 Thanks to share and God bless U
I can’t believe you went right over the ariocarpus and astrophytum 😢. This video came out really cute though, thank you
Wow these are really expensive 😱 I get my cacti for $2 to $3. The most I’ve paid is $5
I do get them small but they will eventually grow ☺️ nice video by the way...I like the variety of cacti 💚
Depends on the cactus
Yeah most of the plants in this video aren’t going for under 5$ at any point. Of course there are circumstances where they might, and that’s usually the person selling them doesn’t know what they have.
A suggestion about your top dressing rock... get the color you like and get white... mix what you need.. that way the white will lighten the other and not all be the bigger size.. happy new year! Thanks for always sharing..
Yes!! Such a good idea! Have a happy new year 🥳
🤭🤭🤭all us plant ... especially cactai lovers feel where your coming from ...how you have a cute fitt over them me too girl me too 👏🏽👏🏽
fab video, I loved when you called the Mammillaria Plumosa "fairy princesses"! its so true!! sending plant hugs , Ellie x
They're 5 mins from my house but I still haven't visited! Definitely need to this year! 😍😍
First video of the new year! The Obesas look like bulbasaur bulbs :)
lots of flowers in there. very lovely. unusual cacti indeed but i love them. some cute, some not so. prices for those rare ones are really expensive
Thank you for this video! I love indoor plants, but cacti started it all for me!! I have waaaay more than one person should! 😅🌵
I also think the flowering cacti look like little fairy princesses! I joke that they're getting ready for Coachella lol
I love obesas too! I have 2 but I'd like to have more.
Spongebob lady hahaha CHAWCLATE!!!!!
I remember when I first tried chocolate.. I HATED IT
not sure if anyone com mentioned this yet-but check out Ca cactus center in Pasadena. Fantastic place and sweet owners
You should check out LA succulents there located in the San Fernando Valley, I think you might like it
Kal Kaminar owner of LA succulents was arrested & prosecuted in South Africa for poaching endangered plants. I would not support their store.
🤣
Those cactus are so beautiful 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for the tour!! I need to visit again soon..🥰 Got my first Obesa there and the top dressing you like too..🤣
Twinsies haha
I miss your sweet vibes and soothing energy. Ive just been dealing with a lot lately, from very unprofessional pruning to irrigation problems to pests, its so ov erwhelming!
Random question, if I may? How are the plants on your VITTSJÖ shelf doing with the lights you got from the CN Sunway brand?
I just got some lights from Barrina but they have a really strange pink tone. I'm looking into getting the lights like you got (8 total), or possibly the 3' lights from The Orchid Hobbyist (4 bars minimum). The ones you got are significantly cheaper though.
I just got back from some plant nurseries and got my first Raphidophora Tetrasperma 🤗
I wish I had a cactus shop near my I collect cactus and succulents 🌵
That’s soo cool!!! I wanna collect them too
Such cute rare cactis!! If you want some cute top dressings, I recommend buying the aquatic pebbles from chewy!
They have 3 colors but my favorite one is the nutty pebbles color (similar to the one you liked in the video) :)
probably it’s the only cactus retailer or shop around the town-prices were crazy high,
Great video thou
I've never seen any of these plants. I connect rare ones. I would pay for any of these if i know they will NEVER die on me. Which it usually does once i bring them home regardless how much i care for them. And yes they're all beautiful! I'm addicted to succulents 🥰
Wow to everything 🌵
I love all your plant shopping videos!! Everytime I watch one I wanna run immediately to the plant store lol
The plant so cute u bought :)
This place is so close to me and I never even knew it was there lol Good lookin out Erika!
I’m a cactus freak and those prices are normal. They’re perfect and healthy.
So beautifulllll
Thanks for sharing! Hope you do more cacti and succulent tours :) Wish there was more on your IG!
Great video
We need places like this 👍
Such a beautiful soul ❤️ I love watching your videos
Almost wonder if aquarium shops have better pricing on their gravel that you scoop yourself? Or maybe you could order a bag of pre mixed/ mix your own colors lol. Cute cactus and pot you got though. I wanna make my own planters with concrete when the weather is a lil warmer. I really like the ones that look like rocks lol.
I haven’t been to an aquarium shop before, so maybe they do! I should check..
Concrete pots would be so cute! Sounds fun to make too
I've never even heard of some of those plants O_o
Lol me either 😅
I live next door to a cactus nursery. I’ve started a collection too .!
I like the furry cacti 🌵
Beautiful unique plants they have price tags on them as a mortgage.😂😂
Great tour! I’ve bought from them at off site sales but have yet to make the drive to their terrific store. Thanks for the inspiration to get there sooner rather than later!
Erika plz you make video about cycades of all type, thanks
would kill to go here
That Plumosa at 7:57 is soo cute! Luv ur content💚
Thank you 🥺
I'm obsessed with those pinecone cactus and when you said they looked like that SpongeBob lady I was dead 💀 🤣
Ted’s greenhouse in Chicago has virtually all of these (it’s a massive complex of greenhouses) for a fraction of these high prices.
Love this video! Makes me want to buy a bunch of cactus now 🌵 Thank you for always putting out some great videos! You are my favorite plant TH-camr 💚💚💚
Ahhh thank you so much!! Yes get some cacti 🤩🤩🌵
Hi, loved you video, the soft way you talk is fantastic. Thanks for showing, please tell me where is it?
I do like it there, and the cati looked great except for a couple that didn't make it. Those stones looked good but I thought the price was a little bit high for the size you got, maybe it's just me. I loved the pot you got looks very nice and that cactus was an awesome looking plant. Great content love your videos so upbeat good work. Are you doing any repots soon?😁
Rip to those cacti 🌵 lol I don’t know how much stones usually cost so I have no idea! Repot coming up sooooon :)
@@ErikaLodes Sounds like a great plan. have a good one, oh leggo now have a bonsai tree set, if you like leggo that is. I am not but have been thinking maybe this one, lol.
Tanks you from belgium , i love 🌱🌵🇧🇪💋 2021
Lots of awesome plants!!!! The opuntia (tephrocactus )geometrica is great!! Yeah, plumosas are always cool!! Great plant you bought!!! And just the kind of pot I would love to use on many different cactus or Euphorbia! And good choice on the top dressing also😊👍 From Morris park in the Ozarks, out to California, (I miss it sometimes) have a great evening!!! Peace,Love,Plants!!!✌💖🌵🌸🌴🌷🌲🌻🌳🌺
Hello Erika Lodes,
You're videos are great and I know this video is about a year old. Just wanted to recommend some other cacti and caudal plants you may like such as Adenia kirkii, pseudobombax ellipticum, tephrocactus articulatus, tephrocactus paper spine, popes head cactus 'melocactus broadwayi' and there's smaller Dwf varieties as well, Mexican fence post, san Pedro cactus, organ pipe cactus... those are a few that are really interesting, hope you take a look at those choices.
Now that's some kind of cataus 😲
Just wanted to say, I love your videos! Keep up the great work ☺️💖
wow so cute
maravilhosos!
excelente video
Do you have any updates on the cactus you cut up and propagated a few months ago?
There’s not rlly an update bc they still look exactly the same 🥺 I’m eagerly waiting for some roots or new growth 😭😭
Great video! Now I wanna go succulent shopping 😊
I bought rocky media for 4 dollars a bag in acmesoil in tucson.
It's a great collection and I also have aloe vera plants
Whatever happened with that totem cactus that you chopped up?
No sign of new growth yet 😪
WOWZERS
Loved the video and love cacti and succulents...thanks so much for showing names and prices even though live in sw Ontario Canada and can’t purchase...was drooling the whole time😁
The T. geometricus is awesome but $750 is a crazy price.
Ya otherwise I would’ve for sure gotten it 😭😭😭😭
They take so long to get that big. It was really well taken care of to.
quite nice plants but the prices ufffff .. at least 2x the average :)
Where is this shop?
How much were the baby boobie cactus 🌵?
Yes!! I’ve been wanting to know too! I want to see if it’s worth the long drive for me to go
I was wondering the same thing!!
They didn’t have a price on them & I didn’t think to ask 😕
Hi Erika, very interesting and wonderfully narrated plant shop tour, many thanks for sharing! Wow, I love all your plant videos and especially your passion & enthusiasm for plants, and have subscribed to your channel! I too love growing all kinds of rare & exotic plants, and in particular have a real soft spot for cacti & other succulents which I grow in my little greenhouse in Bavaria! Best wishes, happy growing, Joe 🌵🌵💚
Thank you so much I really appreciate it!
@@ErikaLodes most welcome! In case you are interested to take a peek, I have started up a young and modest channel myself recently for all fans of cacti and other succulents, which you would be very welcome to visit if interested. Thanks and best wishes!
I understand that some plants are hard to raise and/or it takes long for them to grow to a certain size but those prices were really outrages...mainly the smaller ones.
Me: yessss zoom into those crest- oh never mind we’ve passed them
Me: yesss zoom into those ariocarpus!
Camera: zooms I’m on mamillaria next to them instead
Me: *crying sounds*
Haha anyway great video, I wish I could go in person for lookie 👀😊
Luv this vid!!
5:47 the windows at the top are actually to diffuse sunlight rather than let it in! It prevents sunburn :)
Those prices are insane, but still a good video
Love this place
Me too 😄
What is the price in global market
Kiaora, Aotearoa...
"Cactus/WorldWide"

Haworthia ‘Love Heart’ 6:20
Every parent watching a child cartoon:
“Oh come on those plants don’t even look real”
The plants:
Damnnn I need to start shipping! My haworthias that are $25 or more, mines slightly bigger.. & I paid $2 for it.
& 2 yrs inflation has happened since this
I got a spiral cactus like that for 1 euro, because the flowershop closed. (And i let it die) The prices are so different over here is would say, ok 1 euro is extreem cheap but i don't think the cacti would go for more than 20 euro's.
this place is extremely overpriced :)
1 euro?!! Wowwww even 20 is so cheap for here!
