When he said CBR or Ducati, that’s when you know the stuff they said earlier was a lie, they said Ducati full stop.
love from Akron... lol
lol why did u give this u. Could’ve made us watch the whole vid
YOU Mister, are veryyyy attractive! ❤ & we share the same love and passion!
Put that into the description of the video and it shows up on the actual timeline when we're watching.
Nice video!
cop must have some killer eyesight to name the pattern of your pants and the make of your bike at 143mph
Almost like cops lie....
@@richiestang78 ahhh nahhhhh they wouldn't..
Took the words right out of my mouth. Especially at night. Smart minds think alike.
He straight up said it "could've been a CBR." Also, contrary to what yall apparently think, 143 doesn't turn you into a undecipherable blur. You can still very much make out what color clothes are when you pass by. And get this: there are things called lights that are out at night...
Yall are trying so hard to make these cops look bad when they were incredibly chill from the get go and never at any point gave him a hard time 🙄
One cop clocked the guy and radioed ahead, then a different cop that showed up at 5:41 initiated a stop and got ran from.
bro was 100% doing 143 down 90 😂💯
Good Thing you ain't a COP. When the first one said he could do nothing and he was free to leave, I woulda dipped out regardless of innocence or guilt. Fukkkkkkkk da popo. So what I did 143 and even YOU GUYS couldn't keep up. Hell a 600 can do like 160 so ya don't even need a superbike to get away, just skillz. They barely got a glimpse of the damn bike and maybe it was red, and there are quite literally LOADS of red bikes of all makes, but, indeed Ducati is well known for being RED, almost as if that's the only color they make ( I know they make black too, but, have YOU ever seen a Blue, Purple or Gold Ducati? Me neither. But mine tops out at a speed that is classified, but, I did hit the max on it more than once. And shiiiiittt happens so fast above 150 you have to be laser focused ...... Hell even 130 for that matter. Been there, done that, Ran 4 times and never been caught. And uh, yea, I don't post Gixxer brah stupid shiiit to get a rep, especially in Colorado and I certainly don't fukkkk wit Arkansasss State boyz at all. They are worse than crazy. Virginia simply will not chase bikes, standard operating procedure, cause if they try and you run, Command kills the chase. Safety of the public is far greater than a lone speeder. Got fed up with slow pokes in the left lane on a 2 lane highway somewhere in Va (yea I know where it was but YOU have to guess) and I skirted by in the COP Lanes, just as I was completing my pass looked over and a state boy was just sittin in the middle of the median back into a wooded area trying to hide. I was over triples already and said well Fook it, and accelerated immediately to above the chase cars ability to catch and didnt slow down for 7 miles, just in case. There was so much free space behind me no one could ever sneak up on me cause I could see em coming over a mile away IF they even tried. Besides, if ya outride your skill level, they will be out scraping you off the highway.
Facts and only cause he saw the cops 😂

“We all know where you live” - def not creepy at all coming from three cops
Well of course, hes a youtuber with 500k subscribers and is probably on a list of at risk sport bike riders in the police database.
@@Aimaiai and swatting since thats a big thing still
But it makes sense. Once you've gained a large following/reputation, it literally means you're gonna have to watch yourself because they *do* know where you live and can come get you later.

One point: You confessed to doing 35 in a 25 zone. Bit of advice, keep your mouth shut when talking about speeds. It’s OK to say you are keeping up with traffic. Don’t be specific.
No shit any admission of guilt is enough for them to cuff you. Even a minor one. Im surprised they didn't pull on that thread.
Say it with me, police aren't our friends.
No it's safe to say it when the cop can't provide the place and time. You can always recant your statement saying you misspoke. You the only witness of that and you are not 100% accurate on your speed at the time.😀
No he did exactly what he should have done. Admitting to a small offense shows the officer that hes honest, and since there is no evidence, there is no way they would go after him for that.
Trust me, being polite and honest to police can go a long way, especially when youre in the wrong and its under the officers discretion to ticket you.
@@WillOneZeroZeroTwoFourthat’s not true at all good luck tho
So what did we learn today? You can break the sound barrier on a Ducati, and what do the cops focus on? Tiger pants. At that speed, you're basically a blur, but nah, tiger pants are where they draw the line 😂
Edit: holy cow.. Mom I'm faymouuss!!
"...JAKE.... Matthew Woods!"... I was like ahhhh shit son he's back.
anddd at 143mph How in the fuck would they even notice that it was a ducati, or if you had a hoodie .. or if the plate was flipped up. Or "tiger" pants.. Whom...ever it was , it would have been a blurr rippin by.
you forget, in many states, you are on camera while driving. stop lights, traffic cameras used to track stolen cars, and traffic accidents. the camera wont lie.

Tiger pants 😂😂
A Red Ducati. lol. They make tens of thousands of them per year. They are common AF.
Ducatis rly arent that common. Probably the least sold big motorcycle brand. And the chances of a red ducati going 140+ and you being stopped on your red ducati going the same direction, driving on the same road and coming from the same place all in the span of like 5 minutes are fairly slim.
@@alexwithanx but it COULD have been another one so those cops can kick rocks
@@alexcagg Thats why he didnt get anything and the cop told him hes free to leave at any time. You people get upset over nothing sometimes istg.
Trash Italian bike lol
Honda made more CBRs last year than Ducati had made bikes in its total history. I have an 1199 Panigale. There were a total of 7000 1199s made across 3 years of production. Ducati does not make many bikes at all.
😂😂 my question is, how do you clock a Ducati going 147 in the first place? Love waiting to see the full video.
They can't the profile is too small for their detectors. Readings are inaccurate. Here in cali, I do pulls that fast regularly. I drive an FJR. No one cares. Always remain silent!! They can say they paced you, but that's not evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. That's why they ask so many questions. To get you to incriminate yourself.
@@colt45caliber Lol, they use radars to measure baseballs and you think they are too inaccurate to measure a motorcycle. Get outta here.
@@in4theride75 Right lol
Most of the time, the speed signs don't pick up my bike.
And also will be hard to read the specific Model which is a small sticker on the side smh.
Every encounter I’ve had with cops goes like this, one cop says something and the whole department starts playing telephone leading to a complete breakdown in communication with no one even remembering the original report until the cop who made first contact clears things up.
My question is how can they tell what kind of pants the suspect is wearing if they're supposedly going 147 mph on a motorcycle 😂
They couldn't, he described them as he was looking at him in the servo.
Actually on a lighted street it's not hard at all. I lean against the pitwall on the race tracks all the time with bikes flashing by at the main straight way faster than 140mph and if I would need to describe the clothing of the rider, not a problem.
Of course if you're just staring straight and the bike just flashes past your eyes, you will just see a blink and you can't tell anything. That's why there's a thing called eye tracking.
Don’t understand everybody talking bad about the cops… These guys were extremely cool and just doing their jobs.
They lied and were pretending to be the guy's friend to try and trip him up. Sometimes innocent people go to jail because the police lie and violate people's rights.
@@yodaiam1000100% anything you say CAN and WILL be used against you police are NOT your friend people seem to forget that they’re trying to get him to incriminate himself by being “friendly” and making small talk
I'm willing to bet at least a few of the things they said they were bluffing on and didn't know for sure.
Identifying a ducati vs another red bike at 143mph? Maybe
Identifying dark green tiger patterned pants at 143 mph? Very very unlikely.
At 143 in the middle of the night... Red? ok. Ducati? maybe. CAMO TIGER PANTS??? No shot they would be able to make that out hahaha
I wouldn’t have gave him anything because he’s literally trying to make you fit the description 🤦🏽♂️ how can you tell what kind of bike or pants if he was going to 143 mph ?
Right, they passive aggressively detained him with soft threats. "We know where you live." They had no actual evidence pointing to him
Because he was describing what he was looking at when standing in front of him. It's not hard.
Then the actual cop being like "oh just be safe" while also saying he doesn't have enough to cite him like be for real they're just fishing
@@BummyDAn I think that cop said they know where he lives because that means they know where he rides
You know damn well he did it, but the other county didnt tag him , and he is now in another jurisdiction so they have nothing. 🤣
So what. Who gives a flying rats ass if he did or didn't. They had nothing and could prove nothing so like they good boyz they are they immediately start lying and acting all buddy buddy hoping he will adjudicate himself guilty.
He told him he could leave and the idiot stays there 🤦♂️
Probaly because if he ran he would be "guilty"
"Can I leave now?" are the first and last things out of your mouth. It is up to the police to provide evidence to detain you, and it is up to you to say nothing beyond identifying yourself and providing insurance/licensing papers.
Yeah, but it ain’t like they can hold u for long unless they have concrete evidence on you.
@@mp6640 They'll get evidence from you by trying to get you to talk. Thus, you should always ignore their questions and ask, "can I go now?"
We enjoy the longer content video.
Lol how can a cop describe a bike at night at 140mph that accurately? More so the riders pants 😂😂 wild
this is why you never answer questions. it astonishes me that full grown adults don't know these basic things, parents should be teaching their kids this from a young age. literally says where ya coming from? instead of i don't answer questions he says where he coming from and what was the cops response? that's exactly where they said it happened. stop answering questions fools and use your rights. they're not asking you questions to help you with the answers its to use that information against you. when they say you can go, you go they kept telling you they're not holding you for a reason, take it

Yep, happened to me. Was going to a parade while open carrying, cop asked where I was going so he could say that I am committing a crime by being at a parade with a firearm but if I ignored him he wouldn't be able to say I was attending the parade.
Gets a stern talking from police about not breaking the law... Proceeds to film self parked under a no parking sign. lmao
I had an instance about 3 weeks ago where I was going home on my R1 to help rescue my buddies harley that died in a parking lot where I got pulled over for doing like, idk 43 in a 25 I think? Wasn't paying as much attention to speed limit basically, and was trying to not get run tf over by people driving SUV's all around me.
The cop took literally 20+ mins in his squadcar after he snagged my license and reg. Turns out his system was down, so he had to manually run my tags through their database to see if I had any priors or anything like that(normal SOP for any traffic stop basically)
He comes back with the dreaded ticketbook, and we get to talking. Dude's also a rider, used to have a piss missile like me but watched a buddy die right next to him he said so he takes it super seriously(that's not boding well for me of course)
We get to talking as he's about to hand off my ticket, and I asked about his new Durango squadcar he has. Come to find out, he knew my dad personally, since my dad was the service tech who installed the radio system and prisoner cage in said car.
Somehow, by sheer luck that man only gave me a warning lmao.
Sometimes it does pay to be honest and tell them what they need to hear, this was one of those instances where it helped to talk to the police. I got fortunate the officer personally knew a family member, not everybody does though. Good on you for being chill with the cops in this instance man.
When cop came up and gave ya luv, ya had it goin your way, then just be chill about what you say or admit. 👍
If a cop tells you you're free to go, then you go. You don't stick around to chat with the officer who wants to nail you.

He couldn't have made it more clear. You didn't need to wait around. You should have just taken off. Why take someone else's lecture?
Idk content? He knew he was free to go and he also knows that police stops are good content.
@wildwaters8348 That's all well and true, but now they have his plates and the exact description of his bike and gear. If he ever decides to run, he's screwed. Playing nice with cops doesn't help your situation.

LOL this happened to me once too. Got pulled over by an officer who said they were ghosted by a red motorcycle doing about 150.
Yes my bike is red but its a 1992 BMW R100GS. It can barely do 85!! The other officer showed up and laughed at the first one. Then told me "We're sorry sir its not you. You can go on your way."
LOL😂😂
that's the problem with Ducatis. They're mostly red. So you're going home minding your own business, and somewhere else some guy speeds at 150, they're pulling you over for a talking to? Almost every Ducati is red. Ok some have that new while 950s supersport but WTF?
cops have some amazing eyesight to recognize a ducati flying by at 140+....the hell
Holy crap this is right by me!! BTW that was ME and it was NOT a Ducati. I have a red and black GSX-R 1000 and I've been racing WERA since around 1986 and I can tell you none of the NEO police even state troopers stand a chance trying to catch me. THAT WAS ME!!! Crazy! Sorry my man. (also you should have a rule, if you choose to ditch, if you haven't lost them after 2 minutes, just stop)
I wouldn't mess with troopers. They are WAY too serious about speed. Expect stop strips, choppers if weather permits and a shotgun. Those guys I only ditch if I am on terra firma and know the next 8 miles of my route. I stopped one time and I swear there was a trooper hiding at every on ramp out of sight (until you go past it) when this one guy got me going 91 and busted a uturn (he was getting on the opposite side onramp. He finally caught up I was doing 75 (it was a 70mph zone) next to a subaru he was behind me for a good 3-4 minutes then pulled me over. I swear first words out of his mouth "Why did you stop man? These things are faster than God!" It was my 1,000 and I was heading back from Mid Ohio (I still had my racing #s on the bike haha) on 71 north. Once I shut off the bike 3 other troopers showed up and they were all hanging around. They immediately knew I was just on the track. My response was "How fast?" He said "91" I smiled and said "I'll take it!" I got it dismissed 2 weeks later. It sucked bc it was an hour and a half drive to the court but worth it to beat it. I argued prima facia and that it was not a scheduled stationary observation and it was a moving clock and it was radar and given the heat his A/C was on. I created massive doubt on the accuracy of the read. (never challenge the officer, challenge the equipment) I had gotten up to around 160-170 before he saw me. That day I had broken my personal best lap time and top speed. (194mph and 1:44)
Let me ask you this, if you're stationary in a cruiser and a bike flies by at 150mph.. would you know the brand or the plates?
Next time this happens ask "did you get their plates?" Once they say "NO" then say "So then if they were too fast to read their plates, how on earth could you read their tank?"
I will never forget this time I ditched a motorcycle cop. I was in Willowick (chardon and bishop) and got on 90, this was before they redid the Euclid exit.
My friend was with me on his first bike he was a rookie so he wasn't able to keep up but basically I was doing about 90-100 and going around the bend just before the Euclid exit. (just before Rt2/90w) and the SECOND I came into view of the cop (he was on the berm by the guard rail at the euclid exit) he holstered his radar gun and kick started his bike.
I gunned it, took that exit HARD. My rear was sliding out the whole turn and the front was lifting.
I never once saw the guy to know whether he exited or not. I then went up euclid and got right back on 90 going the other way and took the exit to Bishop rd, went back to my apartment. (at the time it was winchester towers but now it's called something like twin pine estates ??
This was in 1998 so I am WAY past the statute of limitations. 😄
My friend got back to the apartment about 5 minues later and he was laughing. "DUDE!! that cop almost spilled trying to catch you it was hysterical.. He bottomed out on the turn (his basket probably hit the asphalt and his rear kicked out) and it freaked him out he went from like 50mph down to 20 REAL quick and just gave up."
Keep in mind I took that turn around 85mph and I was already exited on Bishop before he was in the apex of that turn. He had NO clue where I was and he figured "I am severely outmatched by bike and rider" At the time I had a 98 GSX-R 750 and it was tied down and tuned for the track b/c I was racing it that season. Even if he had better experience and training, that bike absolutely is a sled around turns. It was a basic config Electra with some police utility bars on it.
Also the guy who showed up was the only officer who was intellectually honest. He knows there is a plausible doubt in the identity of the bike itself.
The first guy was 100% pure grade USDA certified BS. I love the girl tactic he uses (you know when you ask a girl out and she says "what day?" and you say ANY day and she goes "Oh crap I am busy that day")
He was like "Where are you coming from?" You could say Indonesia and he'd say "That's exactly where the other officer said the bike was coming from"
I've been dealing with Ohio police for over 30 years and have zero points. (I fight absolutely every ticket on the times I do pull over)
Learn how to handle guys like the first one. The guy who shows up later is giving you respect and he deserves the same in return. So you be straight with him and you guys will have a good relationship. I've got friends like him on the force and they always let me slide. (haha get it? slide?) But the first guy, if he expects any respect or cooperation he needs to start with respect and intellectual honesty.
So for him when he asks "where are you coming from?" You say "Wear was the suspect coming from?" make him commit to it. If he says "Well then you can say somewhere else" say "I will type my point of origin in my phone before you tell me" Check mate. Bet you anything he'd not have said westlake. That's a hike from lakewood given the presumed timeframe. (unless you WERE doing 150 😂😂)
Either way I am glad it turned out okay and the originating witness was a good person. I am sure since he knows you and your channel he probably assumed it was you no matter what but was professional enough to concede to the fact he has nothing to substantiate it and to just let it go. But he at least spoke his mind and wasn't overbearing about it. That guy is REALLY cool. Learn his schedule and what he usually drives (I am guessing he's general duty or maybe traffic enforcement, lakewood is handfull beyond just speeding for police) and just make it a point not to FK around when he's on duty out of respect.
BTW what are your thoughts on the brand new V4 not having the solo swing arm in the rear? It's on both sides now. I am going to pick up a BMW M1000RR b/c the new one is SICK.
You're answering questions. STOP talking to the cops. "I don't answer questions." Period. They're fishing to incriminate you. They play buddy-buddy and you fell for it. They had zero PC to detain you. They had no proof of who it was other than a color/bike description and your bike isn't the only other bike on the planet with a matching description. Cops will play your friend and you'll dig yourself a hole.
Blahahahahahhha they clocked you @143 then chased you🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣cop cars are SAF!!!! It never was a chase a race or caught outta sight out of mind judge will let it go👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
Story time. Making up stories. At night, at 143mph, no police officer could identify a make of bike. 5:59 So I got a call about a red bike.
bro respectfully if you know ur innocent DO NOT SAY ANYTHING. Even if the cop doesn't mean to catch you if circumstances line up enough and they can charge you they will! These seem like some awsome cops but all it takes is one to ruin your day
So you were definitely just hauling ass on 90 right before the cops stopped you.... it was you. They knew it was you but couldn't prove it. You got lucky.
