I was in watkins jail, the no pillow rule is just to torture inmates. There is no other reason other than to make sleeping very difficult. And its not "chow" in the mornings, its a foul piece of bread, and soy peanut butter.

Why do a count with a clipboard in hand with inmates moving around and on your back? It should be an official count with inmates in the same area without talking.
