His comment about taking care of inmates needs to keep peace in the pod is so true. Corrections is not just keeping inmates locked up, it's taking care of their needs, answering their questions, and getting things done to keep the peace. Even if you can't make it happen, an honest effort to get something done is seen and noted by the inmates, and they'll respect you for it.

Everybody has their own observations,but some times it can be that 1 inmate or a few mess this type of positive vibe or their positive vibes or area up,🤔 because that person (inmate)has had a bad day..I guess thats when a good person with this kind of people person may can. Speak with that 1 person,when nobody else could...Do they have Counseling for both the officers and inmates?
