I wish this was available in May after my surgery. I was on my lazy boy for 69 nights, I listened to TH-cam ocean sounds to help go to sleep sleep. It was a long process to get here, almost 5 months! I watched your videos over and over and it helped me tremendously! The depression was real and the sadness...but I have a wonderful husband and I prayed, a lot! Thank you, Doctor for your videos, they really helped and I appreciate the time you give to helping us through this surgery

Good tips. I find that getting out in morning sun helps as well as swimming or water aerobics. Both are not always available in my area but I always found them helpful for sleep. Also keeping on top of sleep disorders if you have one. Often you are given a machine and don't see a sleep doc again for years. Go back and get help if your sleep is bad.

Good stuff. I generally sleep pretty good. My rotator cuff repair of the supraspinatus and bicep tendon is in a few hours. Your channel has been a ton of help. I’ve got everything I need. Supplements, Breg Cool Wave Machine, PT lined out, immobilization sling for sleeping.

      @@rotatorcuffexpertsome. Headed home.
Doc said things were a little worse than the MRI showed. But the repair was solid. He was very confident in it’s likely success.
But he also said 100% immobilization for 3 weeks! What do you think about that? Going to be tough

Doing really bad. Woke up with severe pain at what seems like the bicep tenodisis location. Pain killers, Tylenol, Berg Ice Wave … positing … nothing is helping. I’m considering going to the emergency room 🥴

I know these things can help, but are often not enough. Any other suggestions?

I’m a side sleeper and having to sit reclined either in a recliner or in the bed just isn’t cutting it. And then the bulky sling…. Errrr

Sorry Karen, the first few weeks are tough if you are a side sleeper
