    This is a very useful & informative vedio... Tks alot for sharing tips with so many dedication .. can li melt the chocolate in the oven ?? Is double boiling method is necessary ?? Can u explain this... Waiting for ur rply,,😘

    • @bakewithspicesandflavors
      @bakewithspicesandflavors  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Double boiling method is the best method of melting because of the even heat dispersion whereas oven or microwave may sometimes overheat the chocolate causing it to split. That doesn't mean you can't use it as a means to melt chocolate definitely one can but needs to be attentive. :)

    • @bakewithspicesandflavors
      @bakewithspicesandflavors  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Shiny.. depends on for what you are using the chocolate for. For run-outs and chocolate decorations for cakes and cupcakes compound chocolate is the best. For making mousse or pudding couverture chocolate is preferred :) thank you
