My nephew crews as a senior deckhand on Lost Boys out of Antibes - he tells me his ambition is to crew on board a superyacht which Lost Boys isnt to him .

Maybe a Brazilian thing but I don't see a front entertaining space being used, a crane and 2 jets and a small tender would be a greater usage of the space

Counter top @ 6:26 looks like they had filmed " Debutantes riding my dingy". Otherwise great yacht.

Great video and what an absolutely beautiful boat!!! How thick is all that glass, to meet the requirements of keeping out rough seas...??

This is not a vessel for heavy seas! This is a medditerrainium boat or island hopper! You buy a bering or numarine or another long range yacht! It would be ok in 2 to 3 meters of choppy waters but anymore your asking for death! You can pick your days weather wise! You can find 1 day of quiet swell to head to Bahamas or any other islands and sit on opposite side of island if heavy seas come in a protected bay! Wait till seas quiet down then head home! For water to be pounding the glass that's some big waves this boat is not designed for! But 2 to 3 meters of swell is pretty heavy seas it could take so 80percent of the time this vessel will cope with what the ocean can throw at it! Hope that answers your question! God bless all and happy sailing all 🙏❤🛥⚓

@@mareewalker1096 Not true. The Sunseeker 100 Yacht has the CE Category A/Ocean status.

      @@dangermouse8466 what's it's nm range? Needs 3000 to cross I believe?

@@mareewalker1096 The Sunseeker 100 Yacht has adequate nm range. To cross the North Atlantic Ocean, you can take the northern route ie, Scotland to Iceland, Iceland to Greenland, Greenland to Newfoundland. That's well within the nm range of the Sunseeker 100 Yacht. Perhaps you will do some research first before making such statements next time?

@@dangermouse8466 no need to be rude it's was of my opinion a 100 foot med boat with plaining hull built for speed would not cross oceans! 99percent don't! Do you agree with that? I still doubt any captain would take a plaining hull 100 foot yacht across the Atlantic! Your telling me the 100 would tackle huge seas is that correct? If you had a week of great weather you can take any boat across if it has the range! People have survived in a life raft in raging seas! I believe if weather was bad it would not cross but a nordhaven or a bering can cross anytime! I'm saying it's not a true blue water crossing machine it's a med boat! And 99percent will use it for what it is built for! I have a 7.3 meter fishing sports boat and I no how savage seas can be! It's not built for crossings it's built for med period! God bless all and happy sailing all ! 🙏❤⚓🛥
