Tim, the fact that you have had a wide variety of experiences such as being an educator and pastor during which you need to relate to others has made you excellent in being able to do this online. Because you are an introvert this has given you time to study interactions between others. You have the skills and intelligence to communicate with others - when you want to. 😊 Thank you for sharing your insights and thoughts.
Hi 👋 I found tour channel 3 days ago and I'm loving it! You're always giving great advice on decluttering! Although one of my favorite videos was about a trip you made and showed some beautiful waterfalls. Take care! ❤
Sharon, just be yourself. You don't have be like others, or have the same background they do. You posted a comment- for some people that takes guts. And, it gets easier as time goes by. If you watch some of Tim's first videos and compare to the recent timeframe, you'll recognize the growth. I think everyone has something they can share. ❤
You have proven excellence in all your videos. It hit me just now watching this: you remind me of own of my favorite person...Mr. Rogers. He was an educator ( also a perfectionist) and required excellence in his work. Fred was also a great friend with Henri Nouwen. Mr. Rogers always responded to my daughters birthday letters to him. We also received a letter years after his death because had fallen behind his desk. When cleaning room his room they found his letter to my girls. They sent the letter with an apology letter. You, Henri and Mr. Rogers all similar providing excellence in their daily work. 😀Joan
Tim, you are a true font of wisdom. While I don't want to start a TH-cam channel, I took copious "life notes" from this video. Thanks for posting it. 👍 I'm about to go through a radical career change because my current career has been unfulfilling, boring, and "not fun" for a few years now. It pays well, but OMG I'm just done with it. During recent annual evaluations, it has taken all my willpower to NOT say "my primary goal for the next year is to not do this job anymore". Well, I initiated the process recently, and my current boss is enthusiastically supportive (he wants to do something similar next year). Starting in January, I'll be quitting my current job, going onto COBRA health insurance, taking a couple months totally off, and preparing to go down another career path. I have enough cash to cover my expenses for about 18 months, but I don't want to burn through all of it, so I can't dilly dally too much in getting started along the new path. I can monetarily supplement myself, if needed, in 2 years by my retirement accounts (age 59.5 then). And then I can decide how long I want to continue until proper retirement. 😉 This should be fun. 😃 Edit: I'm also thinking about, and planning to declutter and downsize. 😉
@TheNewRetiredMe thank you so much I love your videos and how you helped mom declutter her stuff and I like how real you keep it and you really pay attention to the audience and give your feed back I need to hang out with someone like you I hope I can see you one-day
Well, good day Tim and fellow viewers! There's always something to learn on your channels, Tim. This is the first I've heard of Simon Sinek, for example! Thank you for the continued motivation and inspiration!

Look him up! I think you’ll like what you find.
Nice video! ❤
🤗😉😊
How do you add the titles on the “thumbnail” of ea video? What editing software do you use? Ty
I do nearly all of it in Adobe Photoshop. I’ve made a few as a slide in Google Slides as well.
Concur; I do the same - Photoshop, for now. Soon to learn Affinity Photo. (not for my channel, for another channel.)
