Normally, you carry the circuit board box on yourselves, in it maybe 1small 1 medium board (or so) and the other one in your storage. The goal is to a) have some board(s) on you so that you can build something (even while away) b) have enough space for new found boards The O2 bottles you certainly NOT need two on yourselves, you would die without water way sooner... oxy lasts allmost twice as long as water.
Freestanding tanks (especially those horizontal ones) are big bollocks, why the heck would you want storage for WEEKS of water? Either your production is OK then you need maybe small tank (while every well has one allready) or your production is not right, then ANY tank will run out one day... If you absolutelly need a water (or later oxygen) storage, the vertical tank is good enough, cheaper and takes less space...
