Hey I know the video is older, but why not heat the room it is in to the temperature?

Heating a room to 82-84 in the winter is expensive, the building only has one central heating system (so it's all or nothing) with no real "room" separations for the entire downstairs, but mostly there's an issue of heat intolerance with people I live with. If the interior temperature hits 76 there's complaints of "feeling like death".
