APARTMENT in CALOOCAN

hello to all my friends this apartment is good you have to choose which one you would like to rent, I got the first apartment I like this one better than the other one coz it has own Electric bill and I think the water is submetter...one huge room,1 cr, kitchen sink with water faucet,and sala area you can put your new purchased sala set to it so it was nice.
So the other one is submetter for Electricity and also the water and it's located in second floor it has 1 bedroom with cr inside and a kitchen,so there's an extra cr near at the kitchen.

1st apartment is nice looking but there’s only one bedroom and no place for the kids to sleep unless u put them in the sala and if u do that then where u put sofa and dinner table .
2nd apartment is even smaller and no place for kids to sleep, kitchen counter is very small roof deck is nice but this place needs to be updated is all old on the inside😟
