Winner of a video, I have been researching "what happens if you eat pasta everyday?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Dansaac Unflappable Dominance - (search on google ) ? It is a great one off product for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend got cool results with it.
I mixed the curliflower with the spinach sauce, (+ sauteed onions ) and it was amazing! I definitely recommend mixing that, my family ate the whole thing!
The roasted red pepper one is sooo good! It's litterly my new pasta and everything fav sauce right now. I added lass nutritional yeast and i think its better.
Or just eat plain mac and cheese..i dont really see them avoiding the cheeses, their problem is the pasta which we shouldnt demonise... everything is about being on a calorie deficit (if someones goal is to lose weight)and moderation.. so just eat your mac and cheese but in a smaller portion
My daughter started to have huge issues with dairy. So these alternative options are great for her to still love the food and as a father I really want my daughter to enjoy her childhood favorites too. It may not taste 100% the same but it's not meant to it just comes really damn close.
My friend made a pasta sauce with red peppers before and it came out amazing. But of all the recipes you didnt put black pepper in that one and it has turmeric??? You need BP to activate the turmeric in the body!
Good recipes, will try them. Why not recommend substituting whole wheat pasta? Nice vid, but wish it was a tad slower, somebody (not a robot) narrated it, and recipes should be in vid description. Thanks anyway, looking forward to trying these.
Don't boil vegetables and discard the water it destroys nutrients but if your vegetables has sparys etc and Is not organic then boiling can reduce Harm from sprays even if it destroys nutrients.

Please clarify for me something about recipe one: in the UK, this is an actual dish called “cauliflower cheese”. Is this not eaten widely in the US?
Only broccoli and cheese is common in the United States, though I have seen cheesy cauliflower in a cafeteria once before.

Did you use the nutrition yeast it says optional but for a cheesy taste you really need it.
