Pilot - counters groups, but prioritize Pyromancers -L8 Fire Elemental - Main tank -L8 Flamewalker - counters everything -L10 Drake - for Bat Riders -L9 Plague Farmer - support tanks

Was using a Tirion Fordring Trio’s healing deck, was stuck and couldn’t beat it. Came and watched your videos and adjusted my deck and slayed this mission with ease. GG thanks for the help!
This boss on heroic is insane. Its constantly night (his huntresses and worgens all have stealth/ambush talents) and he spawns 3 worgens for free every 30 sec. He uses footmen with stuns, and pyromances with pyroblast. I only got 1 kill with rivendare and i needed to push back both lanes at the same time. Now on my other faction champs, hes a wall.
You struggled waaaaay too much for this to be the most viable option lol. Sylvanas with: Drake, SAFE, Meat wagon, Ghoul, Gargoyle, and Bat Rider. Did it first try no issues, they only hit my starting tower once. And the beat way is to take the tower closet. And split push both other towers so they don't drop all the squads in one lane. Even when they do, Sylvana can penetrate through enemies with her arrows. Just one shots all the squads if it isn't night. Sooooo easy
The missions are harder when you do them underleveled and without talents. This strategy works even then, and it is by far the best strategy for the map.
That guy is such a pain, loving to swarm you yet also using a lot of splash damage to murder your own splash through tanks. And the map is really playing against you too with the left path making it a pain to reach the tower and the right path leaving the tower on the left free to shoot you... But you cant ignore the right path either because of how close the bottom tower is to you Healing seems to work but since I dont have the healing leader, i have to make do with shamans that need to be stacked to be good, which is real hard to achieve
The left tower (high ground) cannot shoot your minis that are going for the right tower (low ground), when you position them to the right side of the deploy zone. That's the central point I make in this video.
@@OldGuardian true but I somehow keep having troops wander to the left... Managed to beat it eventually but man it was a pain and lived in fear of the left lane deciding to spawn skeletons on my base on top of the worgens :p
You cannot replay campaign missions in the game, so the only way to remake it is to start a new account. This is already from the new account I started for the global launch specifically to get the latest versions of all missions. Besides, the strategy described works for any start.
The spawns are not exactly the same for everyone. There have been no patches since this was recorded. Nothing is harder. The deck counters everything the boss does.
Sadly I must admit that, for me this completly doesn't work... I got Tirion lvl 11, Defias 10, Safe pilot 9, Flamewalker 9, Fire elemental or Drake - both 9, Quilboar 9 and Bat rider 9. I tried about 15-20 times.... and I only once take second tower permanently. 2-3 times I took 2nd tower but Arugal took it back... and after he cleared my pushes, he easily overwhelmed my core. I deployed minis right alley on right side to avoid left tower. 0 success. Any tips ?
lordaeron is around the time where the game wants you to start really understanding its mechanics so it can be a wall in general, the team he uses is solid, but if thats not working for how you play, swap some stuff around till you find something that works. A guide isn't always gonna be full proof for this game due to the random nature of the AI, and variance in their deck vs. yours.
You need something to kill the Warsong Raiders. Air units are good. Try not to engage Grom when there a lots of enemy minis on the board, as they will get Bloodlust when you do.
Does anyone know if the bosses scale of something? I see arugal and all the units are level 8 here, and in my game everything is level 9 and much harder to kill..
The campaign missions do not scale. I recorded the intro later with the quest Arugal map that scales, so it showed as 8. As you can see from the gameplay part, that was against the level 9 Arugal, same as yours.

This fight is so broken, they have non stop squad deployment and can easily overwhelm you before you even reach center

On heroic it's a nightmare even at 3 lvls higher. I'm 1/5 with one kill on baron ofc lul. Now on my other leaders I can't counter push at all

All the flying units get one shot by the towers. This failed hard

Same for me too. Hell in lordaeron all the normal fights feel hellish, but the boss really wasnt bad
Can you please remake this? At least for me the level plays out differently, as he starts with a Huntress instead of the 4 Swordsmen
