you are the only one to do video about monetisation model and its very clear; all youtuber need to do that but others are full liar and fake player gifted/boosted with free cash card on google play
Amazing video OG! Regarding legendary upgrade I think we don't know yet what it does. Devs didn't confirm it yet but paying that much for just +1 lvl seems underwhelming, there should be something else
As a f2p player i really hit a wall around hinterlands zone and it looks like right now ill have to wait for surges and do them to buy new minis, do some quests and some dungeons when they rotate but its not a lot of playtime tbh... a lot of content is gated behind buying gold/bundles or you will struggle to complete campaign for months or even years
My F2P no-grind run is currently at 56 Sigils with one boss down in Un'Goro and all of Hinterlands and Dustwallow Marsh cleared. Lordaeron was where things started to get difficult for me, but somehow the answers to the boss puzzles keep being found even when I think I cannot progress further. I'm not sure if I can make it past Un'Goro without stopping to get some levels, but so far there has been no wall, just a steep hill.
I've spent like 30 bucks so far and stuck at the same spot. Obviously some of that comes from mistakes made early on not really knowing how to optimize gold spending. I'm at a point now where I have a lot of uncommon, but not seeing the talents in the store for most of the ones I really want.
The game gives you the "banked" coins when you buy the booster. It is just a way to represent the coins you would have received from the Booster that you will be granted retroactively if you buy it later.
Hi OG, thank you for the Rumble content. I'm curious if playing f.t.p with limited time available is going to lead to an experience which lacks variety? What I loved about f.t.p HS was that I was always able to make 2 or 3 interesting decks each release just by doing the dailies.
It's very important thing to note that a lot of players complain incessantly about greed and lack of resources in games, but in many cases there WOULDN'T be a lack of those said resources if they didn't spent it in a ultra stupid manner. Like in HS people craft legendary cards and then next week they get tired of the deck because obviously they didn't research bout it and disenchant all cards, quickly turning their dust into nothing. Gold, dust, gems, real money, you name it, the important thing is managing your resources carefully and wisely before crying about the lack of it in the first place. With those people, even if the company gave them like 10k gold it wouldn't last a week. I wonder how those same people do in RL finantially. 🤔😂
@@OldGuardian Still I dont like stuff like this in a game regardless if it is a f2p or a paid one. Looking forward to your next WCRumble videos will deff try the game out

Good info! We need to know this so we don’t throw away our limited resources.
Is the Arclight Bosster a one time buy or do you need to get it for each new season?
It's a one-time purchase.

Does buying a second talent for a mini levels it up?
Yes!
Is the bank a separate think with gold in it that I need to withdraw or does it just give me the gold on top of the gold I get from doing bosses?

Ahhh I git excited thinking I have a bank with much gold I need to withdraw haha thanks for reply 😄
So if I bought the arclight and am sitting on 2k gold, shoudl I just buy every single common mini (and ksip spells)
Yes, buy the first copies of everything you do not own yet.
I think you have a miscalculation there on the arclight event. 10 times 60 is not 800
The Arclight event happens twice a week. 20 times 40 = 800 without booster and 20 times 60 = 1200 with booster.

Completely agree. Some people, especially teens and younger DONT understand value! They have to learn the hard way or have a parent teach them.
Thanks for the this video. It makes the monetisation model very clear and that makes this game a no no for me.
yes probably the same for me in futur. sadly he is very fun to play. but activision blizz is *
so sad how f2p can have so low amount of gold each week and with not premium boosted account. but nice video ty
8 years of your time to get everything upgraded..... LMAO
I thought it was a funny detail. Ultimately irrelevant because you do not NEED Legendary Minis for anything as far as I know so far.
