Its an estimate though Surley? Looking at it another way, if they had not listed the control units and then it turns out they were needed the insurance wouldn’t be happy with a bigger bill.

I have been dabbling with tesla model 3s, I think I am in a loss atm, picked them up from a salvage yard, and ended up paying more than I should have, we will have to see.

They would just strip all modules and harness and replace with new, they wont bother paring them and making sure old modules work with new.
Insurance aims for a like new condition thats why everything has to be replaced to like new conditions. I dnt think a dealer would want to warrant the repairs on a car with that type of damages hence the cost to replace everything 😅
haha I used to work at Stansted Audi, bunch of cowboys in that workshop let alone in the sales room, I was a valeter years ago btw, not inside but dealt with all of them fairly regular lol well done D good buy that
Be careful my friend corporates like manufactures and dealers don’t like certain types of publicity and often deny repair agents access to parts or service departments. Great content good luck.

That’s not a estimate from Audi it’s a estimate generated using audatex graphics which most accident repair centre used the labour rate payed by insurance company will be premium too due too what the car was

Dee, do you find it hard selling Categorised cars as people cant get finance? I like to buy and sell cars part time, but i find the more expensive cars i work with they struggle to move for that reason
Well done Dee for exposing what we all know is total nonsense..and you wonder why your insurance’s Premiums are generally so ridiculous in the UK esp London. The Audi dealer clearly from 1st min of inspecting car c/o insurance had the car as write off where’s the due diligence? correct 10:48 there’s none !! RIP off man ..P.S. you can hear a R8 coming all day long it’s distinctive sound it’s just awesome 😀🏁
