What is holding me back is money and comfort. Also my daughter but she lives with her mom full time. If I can ge my current salary remotly ,I will do it. Nice video. Thank you for your opinion about this topic.
Im actually fearless on this that family members worry more than me 😂. I’ve been everywhere too, not staying put in one place for very long. Btw, re: lawyer you said is helping you with the spain digital nomad visa, can you do a sit down talk like a podcast and collect questions from viewers. I have one question. What happens if my remote work decides to lay me off in less than 2 years in Spain, what to do?
Thank you for this. I'm 25 and got my degree in interior design, had an awful job all of last year that left me burned out and I have been unemployed so far this year. I don't know what my passion is as of now but I feel I want to start over and pursue something different. I also want to move to Barcelona--that is my biggest goal and dream. I'm afraid to pursue something new and different from my degree because of what others may think.
I totally understand, people thought I was crazy for leaving a lucrative career for complete unknowns but I knew if I could even make half of what I was at home while living abroad I’d be soooo much happier and that just proved to me that I needed to do it & it was worth it. There’s loads of unknowns but I’ve tried to turn my outlook for scared to excited for what the possibilities are! Just remember your degree will never go away haha so take a chance on yourself because you could always worst case scenario go back and get another job!
@@christinaadavis You make a good point that I will always have my degree lol. I'm definitely someone that needs to be happy in what I am pursuing, even if that means making less money. I also don't want to look back with regret that I didn't take a risk. Thank you for your response
Thank you for all your videos! I have been looking at Spain for a while. I did what you did years ago and moved to Germany for 2 years then went back to the states. Now I want to change up my life again! Question: Do you speak Spanish before you moved? If not, are you taking lessons?
Ahhh amazing! I am definitely not great at Spanish but taking lessons! Barcelona is a bit easier as it’s quite international to get around with English but excited to get good at Spanish!
Omg! You have made a difference in my life! Such great content!
binge watching your videos....sooo good
