A group of friends made 3 alts last night and had 1 person run through the capstones immediately, then just do regular dundeons in WT4. They got 3 characters to 50 in about an hour with 1 carry (level 75 Druid). If you want to cheese it, powerlevelling still works just with extra steps.
I unlocked imprinting at lvl 1 by storing an aspect in my chest on my main and putting it into my new character's inventory. I also gambled at lvl 1 with 800+ obors on two characters and only got common items, definitely level up a bit before you gamble
I believe you can imprint on an alt if you complete a dungeon that gives you an imprint on completion. I did it on my rogue alt at lvl 13. Just a little tip for those who haven’t finished all dungeons imprint granted on main character.
@@charlesbryson7443 ahh true I was just stating that if anyone wanted imprints before level 25 they could do a dungeon to be able to imprint their gear to give a little edge. Especially if they have hella materials from their other classes. 😁
New to ARPG's. Definitely new to Diablo. Figured I'd have a go, as I have a PC capable of doing it justice. It's an absolutely brilliant game. Immersive, engrossing, frantic, just difficult enough to not cause frustration, I love it. It's completely consuming all of my spare time haha.
Regarding legions, remember to arrive early and spam the campfire near where the boss spawns, the icon is even on your minimap. You max out at 15 stacks and those stacks increase exp from the monster kills. Don't know why, but you have to spam it more than once to get one stack, so arrive at least 3 minutes early.
Legion gives low xp, it was nerfed recently, previously i was getting 1 full level for completing the event, now it gives less than a half... I was under lvl 40 btw !
you should do another video like this focusing on how to level when the season hits. it wont be an alt, but we will be able to skip the campaign and should have a mount. Plus we wont have access to aspects so the double dipping dungeons and tree of whispers wont do till we get to roughly 27-32. I have leveled 5 alts, and right now the fastest way I can simulate season entry (5 skill points and no fog of war map) is to target regions that have public events that are also 5-10 levels higher than I am on the alt. This is INCREDIBLY FASTER than dungeons. The public event west of Alzuuda for instance can be done beginning around 17, and has such a fast re-pop time I leveled from 17 to 30 in a few hours making a TON of gold from selling and crafting mats.. Then you can start looking at dungeons (which in WT1 have NO mob density whatsoever.) Once you are 35 and somewhat geared with aspects, swap to WT2 and start farming Iron Hold and Eridu.

But there is nothing to stop that video from being made and then updated as the name of the youtube game is to make things that people will consume. And people would consume that video, even if for only speculation.

I know it says it requires level 25 on the tooltip on the occultist but for me it unlocked when i did my level 15 enhancement quest on sorc, after that i got quest to go meet the occultist and could access it at level 15 for some reason and for my necro it happened at around 17 or 18
You can use aspect as early as lvl 1 with an alt the only thing you need to do is clear a dungeon that you have NEVER clear and do it with this alt you will than unlock the quest and will be able to use aspect in town. so try to keep unfinish dungeon around waypoint for alts.
nighmare dungeons were confirmed as having a higher legendary drop chance too by the devs, so much better to grind them up than the normal dungeon spam that gets nerfed. Even better once the TP and buffs for NM dungeons come as well! Great guide too btw, similar to how I grinded my main after 50 so glad I did it right
lol Ive been bouncing between rogue, sorc and necro from the start . . . Just unlocked nightmare on the sorc but Im guessing I need to do the story again on the other two
So im playing as a necromancer and not really digging it like i thought i would, im 47. I didnt get wt3 or wt4 unlocked yet. If i complete the capstone dungeon on my necro can i go to wt3 or wt4 on a brand new alt or is it separate?
u can actually loot the mystery chest 4 times depending on the time the helltide spawns. it spans with 2 chesta then when it hits the hr the chests move
yeah its a bug, if you unlock every dungeon on your first character, you can't unlock a new aspect before lvl 25 on your second one. hopefully fixed before season 1
Good content but to set expectations for others, my experience with the Tree of Whispers on an alt has been quite different. I turned off the main story when my alt was around 25ish. Since then, I've done the Tree of Whispers 11 times, and not once I have I got a legendary. I'm playing on WT1, which probably matters. But, when Ghost says its "almost guaranteed" to get a legendary from the Tree, take that with a huge grain of salt.
Lucky you should point out that legendary's won't drop till you're level 10. New alts should probably run a few events and kill mobs in the open world to get to 10, takes about 30 mins tops. Also you can use the occultist earlier if you complete a dungeon that rewards an aspect, i.e. you haven't done the dungeon on your main.
@@xiOw.1G i have a twink rogue that has gear from level 1 with imprints, just run a low level gett some yellows, stash it, use main and bam, one low level imprinted item
Im fairly certain you can imprint well before 25. You have to do a dungeon that unlocks one. Pretty sure thats how it still works. So iust go do a random dungeon youve never cleared and it should unlock.
It is fun esp in figuring out the paragon strength your char get once you leveled your glyphs. Unless of course you just want to copy other's paragon or the meta.
1-50 less than a hour on your alt by getting a friend to run u thru cap and so a like 7-10 dngs then do it for him then from there go back WT3 and run thru t1-10 til u can handle higher. Best power lvl method
The leveling idea is legit, but the rest of this video is filled with bad information. For instance, the Obos gear is generally bad too. You only use it for keys and legendary rolls. Otherwise, you’re better off using the rares and adding the legendary affect to it. Why? Because you’re more likely to get a rare that is high ilevel with good stats. When I use the merch for gear, it’s generally worse than I’m already using. Example, at level 38, I’m getting level 28-32 gear with really low ilevel. Instead, you get the keys so that you have more chances to get a rare with good stats that you can add the legendary affect to later.
To redo 100 level with those trash dungeons sounds awful.. they really need to fix mobdensity and include some greater rifts mechanics because a lot of my Friends and myself are not having fun farming animus or some dumb stones in dungeons.. so much walking so little fighting Terrible
Don't waste your obols on low lvl gear for alts. Legendary items are not better than rare items. They are literally the same power level. Aspects can be freely moved to better items.
@@Fizzle_289 Not true at all. You don't have perfect roll items. You can always find an upgrade. The obols are an easy way to target specific slots for you to upgrade.

You don't need to spam it. Just stand near the campfire and watch the stacks go up.
1 person needs to click it and its on fire, just be near it and the stacks starts going up slowly.
Yea you don't have to spam it just click it once and a new stack is added every like 30 seconds.

@@502opz346 It was never nerfed. Its xp is still good. You are just higher lvl now.
You can unlock imprinting as long as you dont complete all of them on your first character. I left a fractured peaks dungeon for each class.

I got sorc to 60. But the I got all the uniques I wanted for my barb build on my sorc. All sacred tier. But all crazy stats with low requirements.

I've yet to find any gear for any art that was a massive upgrade. Even 10,15,20 levels higher there's still just minor improvements
Can't do tree of whispers until lvl 37. How do you do it from lvl 1?

Not a higher drop rate is it? Confirmation was things that drop including Leggos and uniques have a higher chance to be sacred or ancestral
If you find a yellow with your alt give it to your Main for Imprinting

It’s separate, you have to beat the capstone on that new character to unlock 3
If i make an alt i just feel its so stupidly counterintuitive to have no fog of war, even if it is convenient, i dont like it so much
I’m not sure what the consistency is with gambling but if it’s every five polls, can you purchase 4 cheap ones than an expensive drop
Its on average of 5 pulls. Could get 2 or even 3 in a row. Still RNG but adds up to about 1 out of 5 pulls.

You can still imprint before level 25, just imprint it on your main then send the item over to the alt

If you clear a dungeon and discover a new aspect, You can get access to occultist at lev ~5 instead waiting for level 25.
yeah its a bug, if you unlock every dungeon on your first character, you can't unlock a new aspect before lvl 25 on your second one. hopefully fixed before season 1
I get a legendary maybe 25% of the time from the tree. Not really close to a guaranteed legenday. Still kinda what ive been doing to level.

go to torment and 45min to 60 with a friend in iron hold.

why not just imprint aspect on your main? im not sure why you are suggesting to use obol before lvl 25... just imprint them on your main?
then the item is scalled on your main level and wont work on a low level alt character

btw I just leveled my barb alt and Occultist unlocked for me at lvl 15... so maybe they changed it? my barb is 18 and full in legendaries
It unlocks when you find the first legendary or unlock your first aspect. Level doesn't matter.
Lol guaranteed legendary, I'm lucky to get legendaries on my lvl 50 running tree of whispers let alone alts

Out of 10~ tree of whispers cache's, I've gotten absolutely 0 legendaries. Guarenteed is a strong word, more like... less than 10% chance.

Gotta spend them when they’re full. Getting low level legendaries still allows you to strip them for aspects.

but obols are completely useless for endgame characters. atleast u have a use for them while leveling
