    Rice (raw rice is preferred)-300 grams
    Grated coconut- Half coconut
    Salt, backing soda, oil
    This video explains the simple and quick preparation of Dosa from rice and coconut only within 2 hours. Instant and tasty Dosa .This process eliminates the overnight fermentation because we are not adding black urad dal in this recipe. This delicious dosa tastes as equal as to the taste of traditional dosa. It's a very good healthy breakfast and dinner menu.
