I have a gluten intolerance and honestly it’s SO expensive buying gluten free stuff WHEN YOU DONT NEED TO. “Going gluten free” isn’t actually healthier or a diet and I don’t understand why people would want to be gluten free when they can eat anything like biscoff😭🤷🏼♀️
Even just a loaf of gluten free bread is expensive lmao 🤷♀️😂
She did say that gluten made her bloated which she probably doesn’t like otherwise she wouldn’t buy it
Keira Powell but every food makes everyone bloated. That’s how the human body works as your stomach has to stretch. And it’s like when she said she doesn’t have dairy, she chooses one thing to swap and doesn’t give a crap about anything else.

Please be careful with dogs in hot weather (i'm sure you know, but generally for anyone), they should never walk on hot pavements or sand as they cannot sweat through their skin as we can
Some of this stuff seems like it could definitely fuel an unhealthy relationship with food or eating disorder behaviours. No hate whatsoever but just wanted to make you aware how this could affect people. xxx

I am really sorry if you take this the wrong way. I am not trying to be mean but I just think that you should think about getting those gluten and wheat free wraps. I am sorry if I have understood this wrong, but the way I have interpreted it is that your eating them but you don't have to. I know it's not just you who's doing this but I have an allergy to wheat and me and my mum are struggling to get wheat free bread and wraps. I just think that you should think before you buy it. I am only asking that you make sure there's at least a few others for those who need them. No hate, not trying to be mean. I am really sorry if you take this the wrong way.
