I love that accent I'm from the UK Funnily enough the word structure is so much like how the English especially northern English people speak so even though the accents are different the glutteral stops and less emphasis on the end of a word Is so similar to ours too

Although ive grown up around my friends who have been here their whole lives too. But good job! I had all the same answers to the questions. haha
I'm obsessed with southern USA accents, but from what I've watched at TH-cam today, I don't hear true southern accents on anyone yet. I want to find someone from Virginia, to Tennessee, not Florida, that I can hear on the phone. How long has accent tag been around? I just discovered the videos today, but, for about 5 years, I've enjoyed getting southerners to say certain words from my own list, by phone, & most people don't understand that I don't want to hear perverted stuff. I don't have any southern friends anymore, &, I need to hear it!!! Once in a blue moon, someone from Amazon will be southern, but, that's about it. If you think you have a real southern accent, hmu!

One can hear the influences on his speech from other places, such as, 'Whaz up y'all?' 'Mom' over-enunciated r's (for a Southerner)
