Chan became the perfect example of how power corrupts a person. In the beginning, Chan only wanted to help...but as soon as the villagers started worshipping him, he became power hungry. The way he turned away from the man who had become his brother...it was so sad to watch Katha suffer alone. He was always the loner, always looking in from the outside, but Chan gave him a family even if it was for a short time...only for it all to be snatched away once again. I'm not sure, but I doubt Dome and Chan are the same people. But if they are, then I hope he has returned to Katha to set him free from this curse and give him the happy life that he deserved.
Though I agree with some of the Things you said, and correct me if I misinterpreted this but I don’t think he turned away from Katha bc of power but more because he said that his true self(or his magic) made him a freak

That made him corrupt and power hungry. He thought he no longer needed Katha because he now had so many others. But that didn't mean he forgot about Katha. He just became a slave to his own ego.
It's really interesting to me that they keep relating characters to tarot cards (specifically major arcana ones), it's a running theme now: - Katha is The Hermit which can stand for introspection, guidance/wisdom, solitude. The card depicts an old man holding a staff and a lantern. 👀 - Triphob was shown to be The Chariot which denotes action/movement, discipline, awareness, and often a steadfast character. - Anthika as The High Priestess symbolizes mystery, secrets, intuition, divine knowledge. Her tattoo/the symbol we keep seeing associated with her cult(?) features a crescent moon, similar to the classic design of this tarot card. - And now Chan keeps being referred to as The Magician, a card that stands for power, potential, creation, a conduit between the physical and spiritual (limbo?? 👀) - but it can inversely also mean untapped talent, manipulation, dark magic...

Omg. Yes. I totally agree. Tay in Gifted graduation flashback, and Tay in this flashback. Damnnn. Honestly speaking, Tay definitely has the flair for doing villainous or grey characters. See him in 'Remember you'. He was soooo good there. And, I think he plays serious characters really well. He was good in 'The player' too. Outside of his series, Tay has such an endearing personality. Also, he's naturally funny. Goodness, I love him so much ❤💖💘. Also, i noticed how in The Gifted & The Gifted graduation, Gun had multiple personalities, and here he's doing triple roles &how one of the personalities or roles are shown to be evil. Same for Tay. The flashback Tay in both series are sort of villains.

So Khatha didn't wanted to save Boon and the others because He didn't want to share Chan (Dome) with more people. Are they really "Brothers"? I wouldn't want to share him either. But the Big Question that I have is: Does Chan (Dome) become Evil if he uses more and more his powers? Or why does Chan want to stay with the people Who admire him?
No Khatha saw it coming that if dome save boom that dome would ended up on the path he is on back then which is dome allowed himself get corrupt by all the power he have and also being worship by the villagers and dome became evil. Khatha understand that dome is looking for love and acceptance from everyone for who is so when dome thought he was accepted by the villagers for who he is , he allows his powers and the worship of corrupted him so it seems that dome end up being stuck in a curse of his own making and until he makes up for past mistakes and realize what he did and sincerely apologies for them dome will forever stuck in the curse. My guess is why dome evil twin wanted him to see who he was and what he have become in the past to understand why he got curse.

I think he did too and also I think he agreed to work with those soldiers to stop dome from turning evil forever because he believes dome could be saved but in the process something went horrible wrong which caused the villagers their life's because khantha thought he could save dome without the villagers getting hurt or killed but things got out of control and he lost control of the situation he was in so he ended up getting curse also and he have been trying to break the curse not just for himself and dome but also the rest of his team mates.
i'm annoyed Chan wants Khatha to stay with him even though he's been shunning Khatha this whole time! why would he stay? you're not with him at all. Glad Khatha called him out for that (before going on to say all the wrong things...)
