I was in Denver a couple weeks ago on business. There was no way I was getting that close to Apogee and not paying them a visit. They were gracious enough to give me a tour of the facility. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Having watched so may videos produced by Tim and his team, I felt like I already knew them. Not being one to waste an opportunity, I bought three rockets. Keep up the good work. Here’s wishing you and your team many continued years of success.
Great video that really establishes a connection between your customers and your company. Awesome to see the continued growth of your company and the apparent family atmosphere with your employees. It's easy to see why you and your company are successful!
This is a nice video. I like that you (Tim) depict Apogee to be a team of individuals that all contribute to its success. From watching your other videos, one wouldn't immediately think you "own" Apogee, which shows your down to earth humble character. Congratulations on your continued growth! May the winds be light, may the skies be blue, and may all your rockets fly straight and true :).
My first experience with model rocketry was in 1968 when my dad took me to Estes in Penrose and the receptionist actually launched a rocket in the parking lot for a demonstration! I was hooked. I have been in and out of the hobby ever since. I enjoyed your history video very much. It is impressive that you have done so well in a business that relies on peoples discretionary income to survive. Your website is my go to for any and all the information I need to further my experience in the hobby. Thanks Tim and all the good people working for you.
I didn't realize that tube couplers doubled as tiaras. I'll have to remember that.............out of all of the shops I've dealt with, Apogee Components is #1. Thanks Tim for years of great service.....= )
That’s a nice facility you’ve got there. I remember when you had your daughter make the video tour. It’s always nice to see through young eyes. Can’t wait to see what is on the horizon or excuse me. Above the clouds for you!
@@apogeerockets I have people in my own department of 10 who are on the same floor and won't respond. That's why you are so appreciated. Keep up the great work.
Great to see the evolution of apogee, i have had the joy of stopping in the newest building. On a road trip last year. Its a great place lot of really cool stuff including all the rockets in the showroom. Also loved being able to just shop right of the inventory shelves. Great video Tim.

Since the time I could walk I was building model rockets and flying them my dad owned a rocket company called Stargate in the eighties... Unfortunately the company fell apart. I was at LDRS 3 and 4 as a child I grew up with the guys from North coast rocketry And Loc Percision. My father recently passed away and I inherited more rocket stuff and models than I know what to do with. Stuff from Century rockets and Estes lot of Canadian companies from I believe the 1950s on. Lots of rocket motors from the sixties seventies and eighties all very rare and most unused.... Lots of kits If there is any interest comment below. THANK YOU

Great video! Thank you for your effort!
Apogee is awesome and has such a personal touch. When the president of the company replies to a customer email, that's special. -Dan

Fascinating to see all the hard work and passion! Do you accept visitors or offer counter service sales? I’d love to stop in and buy a rocket on site!
