Hello , my VB4 doesn't work , it flashes green and red , the application doesn't update the stabilizer it gives an error . When it starts up, it doesn't make the sound that the others do (as in the presetation videos).
How do I re-initialize the stabilizer?

@@Feiyu-tech and are you sure about it?? So the phone doesn't spinning around at all, and all axis are locked ?? I'm very intersted with this product, but I want to be sure with this issue ..to avoid sending it back..
And one question more ,, is it working with every smartphone?? Or it's dedicated just to some phone models ??
