Really have enjoyed your channel way out in Kansas USA. I made the felt pen sticks and I'm currently working on an eyeglass case for a friend. Will share photo when completed. I really like the look of the flat weaving needles weave. However, they are out of stock everywhere. So I ordered carpenter pencils, which are flat and got 10 for $2. I know they will be thicker than the needles but are flat. I will drill the holes in them and give them a try! I'll let you know how they work. Thanks for all your videos!

Oh they will work a lady messaged me and said the same thing she made the pencil point blunt and like you drilled a hole. She did say she used clear nail varnish in the hole to stop the lead inside making the yarn dirty.

Ummmm sorry. I don't get it... You had the bits through the hole in sticks,,, then you wound the single thread around top of sticks but then what...did you work the woven parts down over the loose threads which were in the hole ???? Maybe the video on my pc skipped some info.

How long do you cut your thread?

I cut mine the length of the whole bag including the flap then I added extra 2 feet just in case and it gave me plenty to tie it off. If you make it exactly the length of the bag there will be no extra to tie. I used scrap wool, old wool and even wool that has been previously knitted and ripped out for my long lengths as you dont see them once you have weaved over them.

Hi May, Yes he was promoting his mum ha ha he always does. I have done a few crochet tutorials but not on specific clothing as the stitches I do can easily be adapted into any cardigan pattern. If you have a plain pattern just crochet first 2 stitches as normal then substitute the loop stitch or any other until you get to the 2nd last stitch then crochet that as normal to give a good clean edge,
